We stayed here last year as well for a conference and the room wasn’t cleaned after we left the first morning. After returning at 10pm that day, we had to ask for fresh towels so we’d have them for the next morning. “This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed it. Extremely reasonably priced and far above expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful immediately upon arrival. The place was imaculate. The room was modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with 2-3 staff keeping the area spotless. Each cup of coffee is freshly ground and available 24/7 (decaf too.) This will be our new KC motel”

“The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.”
