Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi!

Problems with the hotel:
The rooms are unbearingly cold (we stayed there in January)
We had no hot Water in our room (we talked to the management but they didnt fix it). However, my friend had hot water for short periods. Also, the management kept sneaking outside his door turning off his water heater (the button was outside the room) all the time....

“- Just within a 5-minutes walk to Mahabodhi temple, the hotel is located in quiet and pleasant area. Can find many restaurants, cafes and tea stalls nearby.
- Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important.

“We stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area.
