âThe counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager.
They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number.
They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation.
It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive.

- Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important.
- Rooms are cozy and comfy, especially the cleanliness of bathroom is excellent.

âWe stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area. If you don't mind the short car/auto ride or a half-hour walk to the Mahabodhi temple/ monasteries, I would highly recommend staying here as well as going to the...
