“56 By Deco is smack bang in the middle of the old Fort district of Galle with restaurents and shops all around and the old sea wall just a five minute walk away. The hotel is very small but the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Breakfast downstairs was great and served another friendly member of the team. If you are spending a day or two in Galle I can warmly recommend.”

Nice touch that they had turned on the AC well before my arrival, so the room was cool. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options, to include tasty local fruits.
