Fantastiskt familjärt ställe nära stranden
Väldigt vänligt välkomnande och fint boende med fantastisk utsikt över Beau Vallon bukten. Bara nån minuts promenad till en fin sandstrand med härliga vågor. Vi var där i februari 2023. Rekommenderas varmt!

Jättefint hotell som starkt rekommenderas!
Underbart litet familjehotell. Familjen bor på nedervåningen och 5 fina hotellrum hyrs ut på övervåningen. Vi hyrde rummet med ocean view och det rekommenderas starkt så man har balkong med utsikt mot havet. Jättegod frukost. Yoghurt, flingor, rostat bröd, frukt, ägg i valfri form (omelett, äggröra mm..), juice och suveränt kaffe. Hotellet ligger strax ovanför stranden. En kort brant backe upp bara.

Fint familjeägt hotell med bra läge
Vi avslutade vår åtta dagar långa vistelse på Seychellerna med en natt på Villa Roscia. I efterhand ångrar vi att vi inte bokade fler nätter på detta fantastiska, lilla familjeägda hotell med endast fem rum! Både rummet och de gemensamma utrymmena var fina, rena och fräscha med fantastisk utsikt över havet från hotellets gemensamma terrass där av avnjöt såväl eftermiddagskaffe (dukas fram varje eftermiddag) som frukost. Bra läge med ca 5 minuters promenad till såväl stranden som flertalet restauranger. Bra service och snabba svar från ägarna vilka vi bokade transfer via från färjeläget när vi kom från La Digue (20 euro) samt från hotellet till flygplatsen (40 euro). Återkommer vi någon gång till Mahé så skulle vi utan tvekan bo på Villa Roscia igen!

What a view!
Amazing balcony for both breakfasts and stunning sun-sets. Rooms are great standard, with good AC, own walk-in-closet and very helpful owner. Beau Vallon is walkable, although a bit dark by night. (You can borrow a torch) Plenty of restaurant options and actually very nice to stay for a day. Even if it is the most touristic part of Seychelles. We rented a car and got to see most of the Mahe island from here. A bit tense to drive at times. But always a pleasure to get back to Villa Roscia and take a swim in the pool and relax in the room.

Black mould, wrong room - other guests complained
Booked a sea view room only to be told that in “marketing we showcase one room but you might get another”. Left disappointed by black mould in the shower, and perplexed owners who offered no compensation and then called the police on me for complaining and refusing to settle EUR40 in response to this. Other guests complained about not being given enough towels and being asked to pay in cash. Seychelles has been hardly hit by post Covid lack of tourism, and we felt it at this property. Breakfast was a simple affair with limited amounts but good enough. Costs in the Seychelles are high so don’t expect this to be at the same level of a EUR 180-200 property in Europe etc. Upon arrival, not even an offer to take a seat - “welcome drink” thrust into my hand whilst still standing and payment promptly taken. Bizarre check in experience. Host is prompt on replying to messages so comms good. Great location. And otherwise is a lovely property run by a family with an otherwise good reputation on the island. The driver they arranged Robin was amazing - call him for a day tour around the island.

The property owners are super sweet, so friendly, very attentive, very welcoming and accommodating. The villa has an amazing sunset view and quick walking distance from the beach and good food and drinks. Great Beau Vallon choice. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Die Pension ist fußläufig vom wunderschönen Strand Beau Vallon entfernt, an dem man wunderbar baden und schnorcheln kann. Die Pension hat eine tolle Terasse mit fantastischem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, nur die Badmöbel könnten mal aufgefrischt werden. Nicole und ihr Mann sowie die Angestellte machen einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich und geben viele Tipps. Das angebotene Abendessen ist wirklich schmackhaft und auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

A lovely guest house with only 5 rooms upstairs of the owner's home. Great welcome and many great advices to organize your stay. The terrace is wonderful to admire the sunset and having breakfast and dinner. Villa Roscia is just 5' walk from Beau Vallon beach and close to many restaurants, a perfect location !

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Die Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Da wir eine späte Abreise hatten , stellte uns die Chefin ein Tageszimmer zu Verfügung. Ganz besonders möchte ich das Abendessen Hervorheben. Alice ist wirklich eine ganz hervorragende Köchin. Alle Gerichte die Sie zubereitet hatte waren exzellent , vor allem bekommt man hier den besten Fisch auf der ganzen Insel. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden hier.

Sehr schönes Ambiente
Eine sehr schönes Haus, der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer wunderbar! Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Fragen und Anliegen wurden von Nicole und Paolo immer hilfreich beantwortet. Zweimal dort Abend gegessen, beide Male sehr gut!! Die Lage toll, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und ebenso wir zur Bushaltestelle..... Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Ich komme demnächst wieder!

Hotel has a wonderful view of the bay and Silhouette Island from the veranda. Many different birds, and what I took to be a small vulture was in fact a fruit bat. Wonderful food, and friendly service from all 3 of the principals. A peaceful and restful place 2 blocks from the beach.

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour à la Villa Roscia! Nicole et Paolo sont adorables et très professionnels. La villa est très bien située, à proximité de la plage de beau vallon, de restaurants et de l'arrêt de bus pour Victoria. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et fonctionnelles. Amazing hospitality!
Wow! Our stay at Villa Roscia was incredible. The rooms are clean and tidy, the hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating and the views were amazing. Nicole and Poablo live right underneath and can help you with any arrangements, car rental, dinner reservations and day trip ideas. The villa is in close proximity to beau vallon town so you can walk to get food or swim in the ocean. I’d definitely recommend a stay with Nicole and Paoblo!!

Lovely guesthouse with amazing views
A fantastic guesthouse. Nicole and Paolo were amazing hosts. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the view from the terrace over the whole of Beau Vallon was stunning. Clean bright comfortable rooms opening out on the the main terrace. Everything is walkable locally and a good base to explore the island.

Pleasant stay, friendly & helpful owner
We stayed at Villa Roscia for two nights and are happy we did. Good undisturbed location but still very near the beach, nice clean room, breakfast at beautiful terrace, small clean pool area and maybe most importantly the owner, Paolo and his staff (one man?), were really helpful with everything we needed. Thank you!

Gute Unterkunft, wenn keine Überbuchung stattfinde
Wir haben zwei separate Übernachtungen in der Villa Roscia gebucht. Dies mehr als 3 Monate im vorraus. Kurz vor der Anreise wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass eine Überbuchung für eine Nacht vorliegt, wir haben dies zuerst nicht akzeptiert aber schlussendlich nachgegeben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es dann sehr schwierig noch eine vernünftige Unterkunft für diese Nacht zu finden. Überbuchungen sind ein Unart, die bei dieser Preisklasse nicht passieren dürfen. Die eine Nacht, die wir in der Villa Roscia verbracht haben war aber gut, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Tolles Guesthouse in Beau Vallon.
Ein super schönes Guesthouse oberhalb vom Strand von Beau Vallon. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber die äußerst hilfsbereit sind und sich toll um die Gäste kümmern. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum. Sehr gerne wieder.

Ottima guesthouse dal sapore italiano
Situata a Beau Vallon, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai vari ristoranti e servizi della zona molto turistica e ben servita. Dalla terrazza si gode un incantevole panorama sul mare. Il gestore (italiano) e la moglie (seychellese ma parla benissimo italiano) sono molto simpatici e disponibili. Ci hanno dato molte dritte sulle cose da vedere a Mahé. Stanza molto graziosa e confortevole, con prese europee, TV LCD, phon e anche le torce per percorrere le strade buie di sera. C'è anche una piccola piscina anche se noi abbiamo preferito le belle spiagge di Mahé. Ottima colazione all'italiana sulla terrazza panoramica. L'ultimo giorno avevamo il volo alla sera e ci hanno tenuto le valigie e permesso di darci una rinfrescata in un bagnetto di servizio prima di partire. Fantastici, grazie!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Roscia
I love Villa Roscia, my husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was extremely clean, air conditioned and was serviced daily . We enjoyed good breakfast every morning with the view of the ocean. Not forgetting the excellent wifi connection in the room and public areas.The place is a stone throw from the beach and there are all sorts of eateries close by.The owner,Paulo, is such a gentle soul. We will definitely come back to Villa Roscia!!
