âWonderful experience with great service. Property is strategically located within walking distance from all important sites in old Istanbul. Staff is very helpful to get good deals on dining locations, guides, and shopping and they provide good catered advice for the type of tours based on your needs. There is always room for negotiation with tour providers. Always use the taxi service through the hotel, it is a better deal for airport transfers. â
