“We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus.”

“The host welcomed us with a quick tour around the house as soon as we arrived. It was a comfortable stay and we were made to feel like we were back home in our own house. “A really nice place to stay with a lovely hostess (very helpful!) We got our room just under the roof. A lot of stairs (but everyday exercise is good for you!) Lovely view out over nearby area through roof window. The beds was on each side of the bathroom so not something fir lovers but after nearly 30 years marriage it doesn't matter. Good English breakfast, made while waiting. Could take some time but definitely worth the wait! :) If ever nearby again, we sure will check out Alexandra...
