“Little hidden gem! Absolutely stunning property. As soon as you walk through the door it’s like stepping back in time. Stunning decor with lots of character and interesting items to look at around the property. Host was warm and welcoming when I arrived. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again and have already started recommending to friends.”

“Underbart lugnt, vi bodde i rum 161 med utsikt mot parken och vackra körsbärsträd, pergola, damm och en fin uteplats utanför rummet. Härligt rymligt rum, bra wifi och härliga toalett produkter. Vi besökte Leeds Castle och vi promenerade i den ljuvliga parken med blommor och träd, den botaniska trädgården med exotiska växter och plantor. Området och orterna i Kent vackra som i en dagbok. Gå in i slottet och upplev historien, allt är mycket välbeskrivet och trevligt.”

“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

“Beautiful cottage in an amazing setting - ideal for people who don’t want to use their cars once there! Communication with Skykes Cottages was very process heavy tho - we received so many useless emails before the booking, then during the trip there was so many different people to talk to for every problem. They took time to help. They don’t reply to WhatsApp for Hours tho they say to contact you there. Some improvements needed there to make it seamless please 🙏”
