"Jag är besviken över bemötande. Inget av mitt kort funkade trots att jag har full täckning. Receptionen ville inte släppa in mig, hotellet var betalt. Det löste sig till slut. Noll empati, ingen hänsyn till att jag var mycket trött efter lång resa och är en äldre pensionär."

"Easy access by car just outside the city wall and all the sights within walking distance. Public garage in the hotel basement. We had a big room on the ground floor with a small terrace, facing the hotel garden. Comfortable bed. OK breakfast. They didn’t allow dogs in the breakfast room but you could eat outdoors in the garden or in the lobby. I would recommend to ask for a room facing the garden or backside since the rooms facing the big road in front of the hotel might be quite noisy."
