“This is an ideal family oriented gateway. The pool was awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious and the many planted trees and flowers brought ambience to the outdoors. Kevin and Lorraine were very accomodating as well. We experienced few minor issues with the bathroom plumbing and AC units but our overall stay was terrific. We will definitively be back again.”

“5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...

“Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!”

Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here.
