“Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc. In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there...

“Location is beautiful and very secure and safe. The house and pool were lovely as well. ”

“Lack of communication was terrible Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing, that was excited was the mango tree.”

“Långt till stranden, som kostar att gå in på. Men dom har en platå där man kan hoppa i havet. Badade ej i poolen, för kallt för mig. Dom borde se över sitt wifi. Annars är det ett mycket bra ställe med restaurang och bar. Nära många utflyktsmål. (Vill man ha strand så åker man till Negril istället) Bra personal. Stora rena rum , fin utsikt. God omelette (Men dom borde inte ha djur i bur. Fåglar ska vara fria.)”

“Ingen meny eller prislista. Finns inget att göra i området. Inga restauranger eller affärer.”

“The security guards, Mr. Green and Mr. Brooks, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel while sightseeing. Breakfast was served on time, and they addressed all our concerns. They were so kind and welcoming. We could watch our favorite channels, the hotel room was spacious, and housekeeping kept the space neat. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others visiting Jamaica.”

“Just got back from this wonderful hotel. We spent 9 days here and we loved it. Yes there was a couple of things that took it down a bit for us but posetives definetly outweighed that. -the music by the pools were way to high all afternoons for us who wanted to relax. We took the pool furthest away from the music but it did not help unfortunately. -the pools were beutiful at first glance but when looking closer the tiles are starting to fall of at some places. +the food was really good in all...
