“Nice apartment with plenty of space. The view was lovely and the balcony was nice to sit on and watch the waves. Kitchen was clean and had all we needed. Pool was nice to swim in with a heated spa to relax in. The air con units struggled with the space in the master bedroom and the living area. A fan in the living area would have helped i think. “The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during...
