âLove the big supermarket just beside the hotel.
The station just around the corner.
The quiet of the neighborhood and still itâs near the center.
Like the TV with different apps, very helpful and entertaining when were sick for 2 days.â

âExcellent service, but the poor location was a big downside. Without the free shuttle bus service to and from Osaka station and USJ, we would not have picked this hotel. The hotel could use an update or the interior as well. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food.â
