Villa Makarska Petite, a newly constructed stone villa built in the traditional Dalmatian style with stones sourced from the island of Brač, offers a unique blend of tradition and modern comfort. The holiday home is equipped with all the amenities required for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.



In the villa's basement, guests will discover a wellness area featuring an indoor spa pool designed for three individuals, an infrared sauna with chromo-therapy effects, and a multifunctional exercise equipment setup. Additionally, for those desiring to unwind with a glass of Croatia's finest wines, there is a well-stocked wine shop with an intriguing selection.



Villa Makarska Petite spans three levels, comprising two bedrooms, boasting a generous 150m² of living space, and a beautiful property adorned with a 200m² swimming pool and a sundeck terrace. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 4+2 guests.



The ground floor of the villa opens into a spacious living room adorned with artwork by Croatian artists and Dalmatian themes. Authentic Dalmatian souvenirs and seashells are scattered throughout. The centerpiece of the room is an indoor fireplace surrounded by various types of Dalmatian stone, forming the central wall. In front of the comfortable sofas, there is a wooden replica of an old Dalmatian gajeta serving as a coffee table.



The ground floor also features a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen enclosed by expansive glass walls that lead to the terrace and a spacious garden, complete with a barbecue area. The outdoor space is adorned with a lawn graced by lavender, rosemary, lemon, orange, and palm trees. The focal point of the terrace is a beautifully lit pool with an outdoor shower and comfortable furniture, perfect for stargazing through a high-quality telescope with a glass of wine or champagne. Olive trees, various plants, and lush greenery are located beneath the terrace.



Ascending the stone staircase to the first floor reveals two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, well-stocked with bathrobes, mats, slippers, baths, shampoos, soaps, and more. Both rooms feature balconies from which guests can enjoy views of the sea, sunset, or the Biokovo mountain.



Villa Makarska Petite is fully air-conditioned, and underfloor heating is available in the bathrooms and kitchen. Each room and the wellness area are equipped with LCD TVs, satellite receivers, and a stereo system. Both the villa and its garden provide wireless internet access, and covered private parking is conveniently located just 80 meters away from the villa.
