The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, also benefiting from terrace access. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own air conditioning unit. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length and equipped with individual air conditioning. These upper floor rooms open onto a private balcony of 18 m2, also enjoying the same stunning sea views. The upper floor is served by 2 shower rooms with WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the property to 3.
