The Space:

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, offering comfort, privacy, and convenience throughout your stay. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom is easily accessible from the living area. Both bathrooms feature contemporary walk-in showers.



The living area also includes a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate additional guests.



The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in a functional and stylish space, seamlessly connected to the living and dining area to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.



For families travelling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

The Neighborhood:

The building is located in the heart of El Palo, one of Málaga’s most authentic and traditional neighborhoods. This former working-class fishing district may look modest, but it is full of local character and the everyday rhythm of Málaga life.



From early in the morning, the neighborhood comes alive: bakeries open, fruit shops set up, and cafés fill with regulars. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the local market, where you can buy fresh produce and experience the true pulse of the city.



El Palo is not a luxury or touristy area, it’s a residential community where locals live. Some guests describe it as “simple” compared to central Málaga, but those who stay here appreciate its authentic charm, slower pace, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.



Enjoy a relaxed stroll along the lively seafront promenade and its beaches, where you’ll find plenty of beach bars serving Málaga’s famous espetos (sardines grilled over open fire) right on the sand, along with other local specialties.

Note: As the apartments are located in a residential area near the beach, parking can sometimes be challenging. However, there is a convenient underground paid parking garage just 400 meters away.

The apartment is ideally located in a prime area, just a 3-minute walk from the renowned El Palo beaches, 10 minutes by car from the historic center, and 19 minutes from Málaga airport. For seamless access to the city center without the need for a car, a bus departs every 5 minutes just a few meters from the property. This unbeatable location offers the perfect blend of beachside tranquility and easy access to Málaga's vibrant cultural and historic attractions.

House Rules



To help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

- Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbours and observe quiet hours.

- Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

- Please switch off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment. This helps us reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

- Kindly dispose of your rubbish daily, especially during the summer months. Public waste containers are conveniently located on the street outside the building.

- Before checking out, please leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition. There is no need to deep clean, but we appreciate your help in keeping the property well cared for.

- Please treat the apartment with the same care and respect as you would your own home.

- The shared rooftop pool is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00. Please follow the pool rules displayed in the pool area.
