Lägenheter CASA TÍA ANTONIA 1: a våningen med 2 sovrum: Fabulous Beachfront lägenheter med 2 sovrum, bara 10 meter från stranden, i ett typiskt fiskeområde i Malaga.
Fullt utrustad för 2-5 personer.
Det har också en underbar och rymlig terrass där du kan njuta av ett glas vin eller en läsk medan du tittar på solnedgången över Malaga, eller luta dig tillbaka och slappna av när som helst på dagen. Allt i lägenheten är helt ny (kök, soffor, sovrum, TV, satellit, DVD, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING och värme i alla rum ...), har allt du behöver för en semester vid havet.
Första våningen lägenhet, fullt utrustad för 4-5 personer, med 1 dubbelrum med 1,50cm säng och en annan dubbel med en 1,35cm säng och en bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet (1,35 ). Det rymliga vardagsrummet har ett integrerat kök. Det har också ett badrum och en stor terrass där du kan njuta av ett glas vin eller en drink medan du tittar på solnedgången över Malaga, eller sitta och slappna av när som helst på dagen. Allt i lägenheten är helt ny (kök, soffor, sovrum, TV, satellit, DVD, WIFI ...), har allt du behöver för en semester vid havet.

I recently stayed with my daughter. This appartment is approx 30 steps away from the sea. The beach is lovely and clean and the neighbourhood felt safe. Whilst it is a short bus ride from town, we appreciated being so close to the beach. Buses were frequent into town so travel around the city was easy.Juan, the host was quick to respond, was very friendly and the whole stay was faultless I will absolutely return, hopefully sooner rather than later.

It was a very great pleasure for my wife and me to be in the apartment of Juan Franzisco, a very friendly, helpful, reliable host, a person you could always ask for advice at any time, what we did sometimes. Everything was perfect!!!Es war für meine Frau und mich ein sehr großes Vergnügen im Apartment von Juan Franzisco zu sein, einer freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und vertrauenswürdigen Person, die man jederzeit um Rat fragen konnte, was wir auch taten. We have been travelling for many years but until we met Juan and reside in the apartment, we didn’t know anything about being a perfect host and a perfect apartment ✔️✔️✔️ Juan is exceptional manager with fantastic spirit and sense of humanity ( when I was sick he did his best to find me a dr. At Friday evening and made sure I had a dr. Visit plus my medicine) punctuation , perfect bilingual ability, very precise and much more that I’m short of finding words for …. We will always go back to this location not only for the apartment but for the great host . Must see

We had a short stay in Malaga, but really enjoyed this unit. We took a bus to the old town in the morning and at the end of the day we walked back from old town all the way to our place. One hour and a half walk all along the beach, and well worth it!

We loved the house. Extremely clean and cute. Patio view of the beach. Bottled water in the fridge. My cellphone wouldn't work to connect to my VRBO account to get entrance instructions and Juan (owner) answered phone and within minutes help arrived. Perfect boardwalk for walking, quiet neighborhood but many restaurants within 15 min walk and bus stop 2 blocks away to get downtown! Hopefully we can come back someday!

Le logement est très agréablement situé en face d'une petite plage très sympathique avec de bons petits restaurants traditionnels, et une promenade arborée. Le quartier est conseillé pour ceux qui recherchent l'authentique de la culture espagnole. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Si vous venez en voiture il est conseillé de demander à Juan de réserver une place de parking.

This was a great property... close enough to the beach, that you can enjoy the waves from the balcony...while only an hour drive into surrounding mountainous area for family adventure. The host was very informative with local recommendations for food/ adventures and links to purchase tickets beforehand. Everything was there that was needed for a nice, relaxing family get away. Only thing I would add to property is a foldable rack for drying clothes. There is a nice big line to dry there, but it is in the shade and didn't get much sun. But most people don't go on vacation to do laundry... we were a busy family of 5 and I did have to do a few loads of clothes while there. A true gem of a place and if asked if I would go back, the answer would be 'for sure".

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved every bit of it. The apartment was clean, organized and in such a wonderful location. The patio overlooking the beach was a great place to eat, play games and just relax. The area was busy, but not loud or crazy. The apartment isn't large, but worked good for our family of 4. We were able to find parking along the road just outside the apartment, it took maybe 10-15 minutes to wait for a spot to open, but it worked for us. In the area there are multiple amazing things to see. Our favorites were Caminito del Rey and Ronda. We wish we could have stayed longer to see more things and continue to enjoy this apartment. We hope to return again sometime.

IMPECCABLY clean, perfectly organized, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Juan is lovely and gave us grocery store and restaurant recommendations, and is a fabulous host. I would recommend adding the parking space a block away in the parking garage because street parking is pretty crazy, and hit and miss. The balcony/terrace is divine, and even though it was cooler during our December stay, we still were able to enjoy the sunny afternoons and the balcony view. We will definitely be back in the warmer months! Thank you Juan!

Our stay was great! A minute walk to the beach. Wonderful and very helpful host (Juan). The restaurant under the apartment is really nice with very reasonable prices. The view from the house is spectacular. I highly recommend this place.

We recently spent 4 nights in Malaga, and cannot say enough nice things about our experience. Juan was AMAZINGLY helpful, from the minute I booked the reservation, and the property was well-maintained/nicer than we even expected. We had 4 people staying there, and had plenty of room for everyone. The location was great too (quieter neighborhood, but a very short drive from the Center of Malaga). Juan made suggestions for places to visit (which we ended up doing a few of them), and even had a notebook with a ton of useful information for our stay. If you are considering a visit to Malaga, then look no further. This is the place to stay!! Thanks, Juan, for such a great experience!!

Carlos nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et se donne la peine de nous conseiller pour les endroits à visiter. Il est à l'écoute et disponible. L'appartement est impeccable. Pas une trace de poussière ou autre. La terrasse est très agréable : grande, ensoleillée, avec une vue proche sur La mer. Les deux chambres ont une belle armoire-penderie de quoi ranger toutes nos affaires. Un fond de ménage est à notre disposition, de quoi pouvoir profiter dès le premier jour. Les communs sont nettoyés très régulièrement ... Bref, parfait! Pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit authentique , sans grands immeubles et qui ont envie de se fondre dans la culture espagnole, c'est l'idéal. Merci encore à Carlos.

Our second visit to Casa Tia Antonia, and it seemed even better than last time. Wonderful position, right in front of the sea, in the gentle, quiet area of El Palo with its old fishing village history. Perfect sunny balcony, very comfortable bed, and every convenience you could possibly want. Friendly owners, always ready to help or give ideas, and great fun to talk to. Amazingly lively area at weekends when crowds stroll along and eat at the great fish restaurants and cafes, and not far from the more fashionable venues in Pedregalejo and Malaga city itself. A perfect combination for anyone who likes great views, peaceful sunsets, delightful beaches, all an easy distance from Malaga’s museums, shopping, night spots, and history. We love this place and plan to come again next year.

Our family of three stayed in the apartment for eight nights in May / June 2018. We all loved the area, the apartment and the warm welcome and help we received throughout our stay from Juan. My wife and I shared one room and our six year old had the other room, with ample space left in the kitchen and living room area. When the warmth allowed we made good use of the balcony, overlooking the sea. Juan was the greatest host we've ever encountered on a holiday. Genuinely. He made sure the apartment was clean and tidy, came to meet us and say hello and was always on hand to help. He brought us a body board, sunnloungers, local bus and train routes and ideas for days out. He could not have done more. We enjoyed El Palo, which was quiet and very Spanish, with few English people. But Malaga was different, lots of tourists and brilliant things to see. We loved the Picaso museum and flamenco dancing. Other trips out included Nerja caves and the swimming park in Torremollenous. Both were brilliant. Would we return? Absolutely. Thanks Juan.

Wir waren eine Woche in Malaga und haben diese Ferienwohnung gemietet. Die Lage ist top. Direkt am Strand, viele Restaurants, keine Hauptverkehrsstraße vor dem Haus, belebte Promenade direkt vor der Tür und doch in einem ruhigen Eckchen gelegen. Überrascht waren wir von dem Balkon. Dieser ist größer als er auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Wohnung selbst war aufgeräumt und sauber. Das WLAN hat gut und unkompliziert funktioniert. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert und hat auf alle Nachrichten sofort geantwortet. Wir sind rundum zufrieden, deshalb volle Punktzahl.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in El Palo sehr genossen. Da wir schon viele Häuser und Appartements in vielen Ländern ausprobiert haben können wir sagen: dieses Appartement überzeugte durch Sauberkeit, tolle Lage, den Blick aufs Meer, Gemütlichkeit und durch den tollen Vermieter Juan, der sehr freundlich und wirklich hilfsbereit war!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)
