Beautiful penthouse with exceptional terrace, and barbecue, views of the city, in the historic center of Malaga, with everything you need to make your stay in the city as pleasant as possible. It has 2 bedrooms, one with an office and a pro chair, with beautiful double beds, as well as warm lighting, favoring rest and relaxation during your stay. The decoration is by the hand of the great Antonio and his team of Vitamina, current Nordic style, air conditioning throughout the house, ultra-quiet intelligent fans. 2-bedroom house with 6 balconies overlooking the square, lots of light and peace in its spectacular terrace with Jacuzzi, surrounded by plants and a super barbecue prepared for those dinners in the light of the moon with the warm temperature that Malaga gives us.In the living room we find a comfortable sofa area, accompanied by beautiful furniture and a 70 ”Smart TV, completing a cozy and bright space to relax after a day of sightseeing or work in the city. In addition, they have air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The capacity of the apartment is 4 adults. The entire apartment is recently furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower. If you come by car, don't worry about parking, we show you the various parking options available near your apartment. The house is delivered with sheets, towels and amenities for all guests. Fantastic Apartment

We stayed at the apartment from the 14th to the 18th February 2024 - Everything was perfect including the host organising flowers and cava for a valentines day surprize - nothing was a problem from check in to check out with regular messages from the host to check if everything was okay - just a point to note which was not quite clear from other reviews - the white bath on the balcony is not a jacuzzi it is a bath - the water only runs cold and has no stopper for the water - im sure when it is very hot this would be welcome but not in February :) - the 2nd point is that this apartment is in the perfect location for all restaurant and night life - this can lead to a bit of late noise which on the whole is dealt with by the shutters and windows but just to advise - you will hear background noise from bars/clubs as they empty early morning - for us it was still perfect and very comfortable with all the services you would need - would definitely visit again...

The property was absolutely lovely and the property management team went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. They were the best property management we have ever experienced! The property was clean, very quiet even with the noisy environment downstairs, and beautifully decorated. We loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. The only heads up is that the plunge pool is COLD! We visited in late May and had to book water in the kettle to make it tolerable to use in low 70s F weather. However, we would absolutely go back.

Perfect stay

As a group of 4 friends we had a great 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment in Malaga. From the beginning, the communication with the hosts was fantastic. We had a transfer from the airport organised for us and the check in process was very easy. Throughout the stay Patrocinia was very helpful and messaged us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a perfect location, just around the corner from the Cathedral and a short walk from the port/beach. Great location for restaurants/bars/shopping. The town centre is very lively at night so there is some noise to the apartment on a night time but this didn’t bother us. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The terrace is a sun trap, with a lovely seating area, deck chairs (with towels provided), a small ‘plunge pool’ and also a barbecue area which was clean and ready for us to use. The views from the cathedral are stunning. We were kindly allowed to leave our luggage in the office following check out so we were able to enjoy our final day in Malaga. We had everything we needed for our stay and we can’t wait to come back! :)
