“Very cool design, great location walking distance to everything in Jose Ignacio, convenient to the bus station. Rooms are well designed and beds are comfortable. Really nice market and coffee shop / bakery just around the corner. Still some work in progress. The property seems to still be under some construction, as the bar is not yet open and a few other cosmetic things missing. The rooftop pool does not have umbrellas (and according to staff will not due to the wind), so it is fully exposed...

“The level of service of this hotel is what marks the difference in your stay, members of staff are always looking to help and make your stay a pleasant one. On the minus side, the room doors aren’t sound proof nor all the way to the floor … leading the noise in the corridors into the room, maintenance people walk around the hotel with laud walkie-talkies, elevator signal is so high you can hear every time someone uses it. “I was so chocked by the state of the room and lack of service provided by this hotel I returned the key immediately after been showed around by the receptionist and left for another hotel close by. The rooms are dated, damp and dark. The kitchen oven and the refrigerator wasn’t clean. The manager and the receptionist were very polite. This hotel wasn’t really covid compliant, guests were not using masks in the lobby . ”
