“On as bien aimé . Le petite déjeuner très bon et tous était très propre”

“We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. We woke up during the night and could smell the sewage. The place was ok other than the terrible smell, There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or microwave in our...

“Todo impecable. Claudio muy amable y resolvió lo que no funcionaba muy rápidamente ”

“Trevlig personal, rent rum, super god frukost Skön säng! Bra läge och trevligt med ett litet botique hotell 😄”

“Un lugar muy tranquilo, hermoso, limpio.”

“The level of service of this hotel is what marks the difference in your stay, members of staff are always looking to help and make your stay a pleasant one. On the minus side, the room doors aren’t sound proof nor all the way to the floor … leading the noise in the corridors into the room, maintenance people walk around the hotel with laud walkie-talkies, elevator signal is so high you can hear every time someone uses it. The water pressure in the shower changes when your neighbour takes a...

“alldeles för varmt på rummet 24 grader och luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte. Blev inte mätt på frukosten”

“Nothing wrong with this hotel but the price is probably too expensive for what it is. Punta del Este is indeed quite overrated.”

“Nice hotel with spa and pool. Straff not very helpful”

“I was so chocked by the state of the room and lack of service provided by this hotel I returned the key immediately after been showed around by the receptionist and left for another hotel close by. The rooms are dated, damp and dark. The kitchen oven and the refrigerator wasn’t clean. The manager and the receptionist were very polite. This hotel wasn’t really covid compliant, guests were not using masks in the lobby . ”

“Our check in was less than ideal with evening staff that didn’t give us much information or courtesies. We were put in a basement room even though the hotel was at pretty low capacity off season. The day time staff the next day were very kind and helpful and also had a great time at breakfast.”
