“Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

“This was absolutely my favorite place to stay in Crete. Absolutely loved my stay in Heraklion. Manos is fantastic. Excellent host. Nice spacious room with a kitchen and fridge. “Place was great but the hot tub on the balcony did not work. Also good luck trying to find parking if you have a rental. It was so frustrating to find a space that I went ahead and returned my car a day early. The apartment was very clean and I thought it was a nice touch having a little bathroom kit with a toothbrush among other things. Many restaurant and shopping choices around the area. Would definitely go back. ”

“A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. We loved having a private ground floor patio with its own lemon tree! There were some wifi issues during our stay, but not specific to the hotel.
