âThis property had everything I needed, really close distance to everything in Patong. Clean enough and 24hr reception. Theyâd clean my room daily. The receptionists were also very helpful with suggestions for transport and things to do. Would recommend! â

âThai personnel are very helpful and respectful, but the owner who is not from Thailand was very rude and disrespectful. Iâve been living in many hotels in Thailand but Iâve never been treated like this. At time for checkout when taxi was waiting for me to take me to the airport, the owner guy ordered the driver to not go anywhere until he went to the room to check that I havenât steal anything. Very disrespectful! He should learn from Thai people â

"Been here once before, 2023. This time price for same room type and standard was 70%, ! There is a small gym, but it doesn't offer that much equipments. Would be nice if they bought few more things as there is empty area in the gym to place them on. The roof top pool area should offer more sunbeds, and they should have umbrellas. The pool area on ground floor offer sunbeds with umbrella, but, the sun never reach the pool. Funny :) The stuff was very friendly and I was suprised on my birthday having a cake and baloons in our bed when we came back from the beach. Thanks a lot :)"
"First of all - donât let the pictures provided fool you. The rooms are okay, thatâs the only âpositiveâ thing I have to say about this hotel. But you can find cheaper okay rooms closer to town for way less money. The hotel is located far up a hill which is hard walking and the taxis are not very excited to go up there. The staff in the reception and restaurant are rude, the cleaning staff was nice. The hotel is in very poor condition and hardly cleaned. We spent 5 days here and the pump in the pool wasnât working so the water was really dirty. Several broken and dangerous parts in the pool. There was a diaper right next to the pool, laid there for 4 days until it was picked up. The safe in our room was broken, when we asked for it to be fixed the same night as check in we were accused of breaking it and would have to pay for it. The service doesnât exist at all at this âhotelâ. There was 11 existing sunbeds, all of them had broken parts. No umbrellas. "

"Its a very nice hotel, clean and fresh and the staff is very serviceminded!
The only negative is the bread for breakfast, there was only white bread and the juice wich only tasted and looked 'artificial', i would like genuine juices.
A big plus though that there was filter coffe!"
