Situated in a slightly elevated part of the village, the villa provides guests with stunning views of the island’s lush landscape while ensuring complete privacy. Villa Kiara accommodates up to 8 guests and spans 300 m² of living space. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern, well-appointed bathroom. The master bedroom on the ground floor features a separate entrance, a small kitchenette, a living area, and direct access to a private terrace – perfect for guests who value extra privacy. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor; all are bright, comfortable, equipped with a TV, wardrobe, desk, and chair, and have access to a balcony overlooking the greenery. This floor also includes a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area filled with natural light. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, coffee machine, and everything needed for preparing gourmet meals.
