“Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.”

“Breakfast was very good! Many options to select from. It is an older building. Accessible shower in bathroom was new . Other work needs to be done. Parking was safe but a little awkward getting into from side street. Staff at front desk was excellent and assisted me with wifi. She also secured an important backpack that my husband had to pick up. ”

“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

“Room Was clean. Advertised free breakfast but there was nothing. Desk clerk said we could get food across the street. We stayed there due to having an emergency situation at strong memorial and we're looking forward to grabbing some food before we had to get back there.”

“We stayed in room 101 at the Econo Lodge April 16-19. The ice machine was not working. Staff said it had been down for a while & they didn’t know when it would be fixed. We had to get ice at the 7/11 across the street. The fan in the AC unit (which was on low) was so loud we couldn’t sleep & had to turn it off. The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak which had stained 2 large ceiling tiles & dripped onto a box of tissues. Neither the ceiling tiles nor the tissues had been replaced. On the plus...

“Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too”
