“An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area.
Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too).
Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. Didn't get an email from the proprietors about how to check in so i had to wait in the lobby. The women who welcomed us and showed to the room was lovely though.

“Great location, stores & restaurants nearby, beautiful studio, large tv(good for consoles/gaming), full kitchen with everything you’d need to cook or store food.. I would give this property 5-stars, but you must use bug spray(supplied by host) on the bathroom as pests come out at night.. Make sure to email host 24hrs prior to stay with the name of each guest for smooth check-in”

“I checked-in. This facility is unprofessional. Did not even respond to my messages. I had to book elsewhere instead. I rarely give negative reviews. And I'll give it here.
There are far more convenient places to rent at near Pasay. Not this. Never!”
