"Bonito hotel con un ambiente acogedor y relajado. El entorno era agradable y el restaurante ofrecía buena comida. Sin embargo, lo que redujo la impresión general fue el servicio. El mismo personal se encargaba de la recepción, el hotel y el restaurante, algo que en ocasiones se notaba por la falta de seguimiento y disponibilidad. En varias ocasiones tuvimos que preguntar varias veces por la misma cuestión antes de recibir ayuda o una respuesta. El personal era amable, pero faltaba una actitud más orientada al servicio y una mayor iniciativa para hacerse cargo de las solicitudes y necesidades de los huéspedes. Muchas cosas solo se resolvían después de que nosotros mismos volviéramos a insistir. En conjunto, disfrutamos de una estancia agradable gracias al entorno y al encanto del hotel, pero con un servicio más proactivo y atento la experiencia habría sido considerablemente mejor."
