Good view and close to downtown
Great view of the Mediterranean Sea and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach, yet quiet at night for sleeping!! Marie was accommodating, and brought some of her own ice for us and gave recommendations. The outdoor space was great!! Would stay or recommend to others.

The apartment building, pool an garden were very well maintained The apartment is in an excellent location for accessibility to the beach port village etc It simply needs much more care and attention- for example : Only 2 garden chairs only 2 wine glasses Scratched well worn crockery needs replacing Towels need replacing Bedding old and thin No dish washer tablets or cloths brushes to use to wash up with Glass table tops that are loose and a health an safety issue Needs a thorough clean and redecorating

Good experience
Property was nicer than expected. Great location for a great price. Owner was nice when we met and said she would book us a taxi for our flight home, but then we never heard from her again. No phone calls or texts would go through to her number. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Fabulous Portals
The apartment is small (especially the second bathroom where you have to sit sideways on toilet) and a bit dated but perfectly located. We booked it for proximity to bars, restaurants, beach and having its own pool. Unfortunately when we arrived we saw that there were no sunbeds by the pool. We mentioned this to Maria and she said she had ordered some beds which you have to carry down to pool and would drop them in during our stay but we never heard from her again until text on morning of check out. The property was clean(ish) on arrival but there were hairs and stains in my sink and dusty pockets, I think this is a high turnover property and there is not a lot of attention to detail. We were very disappointed about the pool but beach is lovely at Portals and less than 10 mins to walk. We received a text on our final day to ask our check out time. I told Maria 9.30am and did she want to meet us (as she was located in next door apartment) But she said no just leave keys in property and close door behind us. This we did. There were no instructions inside the property. Maria messaged us after we had left to say she couldn't access the property because we'd left keys in door, but with no info we had no idea this was an issue (I have doors at home that can take a key either side). It was a shame that no welcome pack or check out details are provided in the property but overall we loved the location and had great holiday.

Wonderful apartment with ocean view
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend while studying abroad in Sevilla and we absolutely loved our stay! Maria was super helpful with checking us in, giving us recommendations, and even called cabs for us to get to the airport. The property was wonderful and was close to many beaches, which we loved!

Comfy sea view , nice terrace
Condo was very comfortable, hostess very accomodating. View from balcony of ocean very nice. Nearby beaches were relatively small. Some nice restaurants nearby. Was a little construction going on in adjaccent condos, for one or two days. Good access to tour the island or visit Palma. Parking worked well on streets nearby, except for two days during an event at marina.

Beautiful apartment and location
We were met by my Maria on arrival. She showed us around the apartment, made sure we were settled. Couldn't have been more helpful. Apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. 2 good sized bedrooms with air con and loads of hanging space and hangers. Large lounge with air con, tv and loads of seating. Functional kitchen with lots of appliances. Highlight was the balcony and location. Balcony overlooks the port with fabulous views out to sea. Gardens and swimming pool are immaculate. Maria very kindly provided sunbeds and beach towels. The location is super central. Out the bottom gate straight into the heart of Puerto Portals, or out the top gate to restaurants and bars that are a bit less expensive but still great. About a 10 minute walk up to Portals Nous village where there are more great restaurants and shops. Very handy for the bus to Palma, Magaluf and airport too. All in all a great apartment and resort.

Perfect family apartment
This is a fantastic apartment in a great location, plenty to do for the whole family with a lot of good restaurants and a great beach on the doorstep with plenty of beach bars and facilities. The apartment itself is very clean and well presented and is equipped with everything you need. Maria is a great host and made us feel welcome as soon as we met her and was available to assist with our needs. I hope to return next season for another great stay, thank you Maria making us feel so welcome.

Eingang der Immobilie war eine Grossbaustelle
Zweites Badezimmer sehr klein, Problem für grössere Menschen. Toilettengang fast unmöglich oder erschwerend wegen der Grösse. Zusammenfassend entsprach die Ausstattung nicht der Höhe des einwöchigen Mietpreises.Erschwerend noch die Baustelle zum Eingang der Wohnung. Dies hätte man in der Beschreibung erwähnen müssen

We have stayed in many apartments in this block and this was the best one we have stayed in to date. Very modern and had all the facilities we needed. Maria was close by to meet us and helped us with any issues straight away. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Great stay and a perfect location
From the beginning communication with Maria was effortless and her response quick and accurate. Lovely appartment with everything you need and more . Beautiful views of Puerto Portals Marina and short walk to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Best location, amazing apartment and the loveliest host
Maria is an amazing host, I had questions before our stay and she couldn’t of been more helpful. We were getting into the apartment quite late and Maria stocked the fridge with essentials we might of needed, even a bottle of cava. The apartment was spotless and spacious enough for 6 of us, including two children under 10. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and the best view of the port from the balcony. The pool is lovely with a life guard on duty and there is even chairs in the apartment to take down to the pool. We all had the best week and wouldn’t hesitate to come again and again.

Fantastic Place to stay
What a find. Anyone wanting to stay in Portals Nous should look no further than this gorgeous apartment. Maria was fantastic, so welcoming and did everything she could to help us settle in for our week away.The bedrooms are a good size and lots of wardrobe and drawer space, there is also a safe in the main bedroom Two bathrooms are available, although we didn't use the second one much as it was quite small. There is a fantastically equipped kitchen that has absolutely everything you need and more. We did have a problem with the electrics as they kept tripping out, but Maria addressed this straight away. We had a lovely bottle of wine delivered along with some decorated eggs for Easter, which was a lovely touch. We took our grandson with us, and although I wasn't keen on the balcony for him,as at 2 years old is very inquisitive, we could lock the doors so he couldn't venture out there. There was a bag of toys for him we could take to the beach, a high chair if we needed it plus many other additional extras. The only downside was the work was going on around the building, we couldn't use the pool ( though to be fair the weather wasn't that great) but Maria did ring me a few days before to let me know about the building work which we were really grateful about. There are two supermarkets close by, a beach and a lovely Marina which is nice to walk down to at night. We went in Palma Nova 2 nights which was about 5 euro's in a taxi, lots of nightlife down there and restaurants and the beach there is lovely too. All in all I fantastic week away, i'd highly recommend this apartment, and Maria is a gem ... thank you x

Location perfect but not what it looks like on the internet......
The location of this apartment is perfect and Maria the owner is very attentive however don't be fooled by the pictures on the internet. Things you should know before you go - this apartment could never accommodate 5 people, we struggled with 2 adults and 2 children. There is only one air conditioning unit in the main living room, there are fans in the 2 bedrooms but totally insufficient when it is 30 degrees outside. Smoking is allowed in this apartment therefore there is a lingering smell of smoke and pets. The main living room is in urgent need of an upgrade, couch and carpet really tired looking. Balcony is cramped and second bathroom is too small to use. Insufficient storage space for clothes as the wardrobes and drawers are full of additional bedding for cots, additional beds etc. As I said the location is perfect but we would never book it again.

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht über die Wohnung. Das zweite Bad ist nur für Zwerge geeignet und im großen Bad war der Abfluss am Waschbecken defekt, und das Bad stand unter Wasser. Die Teppiche sollten entfernt werden , da sie alles andere als sauber sind.Der Preis ist nicht angemessen für diese Wohnung.

Wohnung ist überbewertet
Die Wohnung ist geräumt, aber nicht frisch saniert. Die KÜ hat keinen GS. Die WW-Therme ist zu klein. Das Warmwasser reicht nicht für 4 Personen. Die Fenster der Loggia waren sehr dreckig. Die Möbel dort waren schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Excellent location. Great host. Smart property.
We were greeted with a warm welcome by Maria and helped with our luggage. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed. It was smart, clean with sea views. We had a little trouble with the internet but Maria worked tirelessly to sort it with the provider which was excellent. Like many European set ups the master did not have black out curtains which would of been nice but only made sure we were up and making the most out our holiday. The location to restaurants is amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone as both the accommodation and location are outstanding. Beach is 5 mins walk on the flat. Thank you Maria.

Tolles Appartement in bester Lage
Das App ist toll eingerichtet und hat einen wundervollen Blick auf den Hafen Portals. Die Vermieterin ist sehr um das Gästewohl besorgt und kümmert sich um alles. Die Veranda mit der Ledercouch ist wunderbar und hat morgens früh tolle Sonne. Die Bäder sind modern und sauber und es war einfach schön, hier gewesen zu sein. Danke Maria!

The location of this apartment is great, right across the street from some cute restaurants, and steps away from Puerto Portals, which has good nightlife and delicious restaurants. Maria was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay in the complex, and it also seemed like a very safe place. Would recommend!

Advantages of being in an apartment
Not having to be up for breakfast at a certain time and not hoping that the cleaner had done your room is great ! The enclosed balcony with sliding Windows was great as we had two really wet days but we could still be there and see the view . Apartment had everything you needed . We were not too far from Cidon supermarket which was handy . Just round the corner was a French patisserie which did tasty baguettes and nice takeaways . Malbec restaurant opposite served amazing steaks and next to them was a couple of nice bars . Turned out well on rainy days ! Forgot to mention great pool and gardens to relax on sunny days .

First impressions of exterior was that it needed updating, but that soon changed with the interior. Amenities were great and location to marina. There's great small safe sandy beaches hidden both ends of marina. Maria did everything to ensure we had a great stay both before and on departure. All our needs were fulfilled.

Great location and nice apartment
The apartment is in a good location and only about a 2 min walk to the Port where all the restaurants are. It was also only 10 mins to Palma in the car so we had a trip there one evening. There was a mini heatwave when we got there so it was very hot. Maria was very helpful and made us feel welcome and has everything you need there like sunloungers and towels so that made it easy.

Very nice apartment at a great location
Apartment was very nice and well equipped.Two big sleeping rooms with good closets etc. Very nice and clean bathrooms. Air-condition in living room. Fan in sleeping rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Great wifi. Apartment was perfectly located just above the harbor. A big heated pool belonging to the apartments and the nice beach is around 5 min walk away. Also 10 min walk to tennis courts and padel courts. We got a very nice welcome from the hostess Maria. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it!

A very well updated apartment and comfortably furnished.
We have stayed in a number of the apartments here over the years and this is certainly one of the best respects to its position and the standard of the apartment itself. schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick und perfekter Lage
Vielen Dank Maria für die schöne Unterkunft und die herzliche Aufnahme. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genießen können. Vor Allem waren die Abende auf der geschützten Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick ein Highlight für uns. Für Alec war das Highlight, dass er zwei Stunden mit Deinem "Mr. Black" Gassi gehen durfte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles Gute für Dich.

Everything you need.
This apt is lovely,the location is brilliant just a few yards out of the property gates is the marina and another short walk to the left is the beach. It has everything you need especially the aircon in the living room,was really hot when we were there. Maria the owner is only a phone call away if there was anything we needed to know and she is lovely. But really recommend this apt,pool looks inviting even though we didn't use it and the balcony was ideal especially nice nights with a glass of wine looking over the marina and to top it off there's a bar with sport on right outside the gates.

Delightful, peaceful and relaxing
Property 6708915 - is a beautifully appointed apartment within the heart of Puerta Portals (car really not necessary). Full of comforts, clean and well maintained the spacious apartment has a large balcony giving views of the Port and the sea beyond. The two beaches were no more than 200m away, and the complex itself had a magnificent, substantial pool. With a locals , bar, breakfast cabin and quality restaurant just across the quiet road - watch your waistline if you do add romantic evenings in the many quality restaurants in the Port. The apartment is very well presented to a high standard and the location is fabulous!
We stayed in this apartment for 1 week with my husband and 3 boys. There was plenty of space for us all, and the apartment had all the facilities we needed including WiFi. It is beautifully presented, very fresh and tastefully decorated. The sea and pool views from the balcony are fantastic. The pool was great for the kids and it was literally a 30 sec walk from the garden to the Marina where you will find plenty of restaurants and shops and a 5 min walk to lovely sandy beach! Also Portals Nous town is about a 10 -15 min walk where again there are lots of nice restaurants etc. The location is fantastic! Maria the owner of the apartment was very helpful and was easily contactable if you needed anything at all! Overall the stay was outstanding and we would definitely book this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone!
