Perfekt hotell för cykelsemester, bra mat, trygg o säker cykelförvaring och trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Enda negativa var ljudnivån i restaurangen.

Vi hade inte superhöga förväntningar. Allt var rent, fräscht och väldstädat. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi testade buffén två gånger. Den första gången va det ganska dåligt och den andra riktigt kass. Mat som nästan torkade i kanterna och de fyllde inte på med mer på ex fruktfaten trots att de gick runt och tittade till det. Man ska inte behöva få sämre käk bara för att man är bland de sista av förmodligen få gäster redan vid halv 9.

OK hotel
We were a bit disappointed by this hotel. First we had problems with our room because the sliding door to the terrace was broken and the furniture installed on the wall was about to fall down. The staff were very friendly and kind and we could change room immediately. Unfortunately that room wasn't as nice as the first. Very "used" bathroom and old kitchen machines. Fridge's freezer was completely full of ice so it took log time to get the food cold. Secondly the situation was not the best since our terrace was close to the very busy main road. Air condition in the room was perfect. Also easy to park. They told us the wi-fi was free but no d´signal at all in our building which was not very good. Many international TV channels. The gym was very good with friendly staff and ok machines even though they were a bit out of date. The spa didn't look too inviting. Main pool area ok but very crowded and no working shower. A special plus to the hotel staff who did a good job with the kid's entertainment. We never had anything from the restaurant so no opinion there.

Serviceminded personal i receptionen
Fantastiskt trevligt hotell med mycket rymliga rum utrustade med väl fungerande AC. Ingenting var för krångligt för personalen i receptionen att hjälpa till med. Personalen på gymmet var också kunnig och trevlig! Väl utrustat gym om än några redskap/maskiner var väl gamla/slitna men ändå fullt dugliga. Pool & Spa helt OK. På minussidan var kvällsunderhållningen som var dålig eller i vissa fall usel men det kanske beror på lite för högt ställda förväntningar. Även priserna för lunch och middag i matsalen var väl i överkant i förhållande till det som serverades. Att äta ute på krog i Puerto Pollensa rekommenderas starkt framför hotellets matsal. På det hela taget en mycket bra semestervistelse :-)

Scarsa manutenzione, bagni troppo vecchi, lenzuola macchiate e con strappi, bagno con ventola rumorosa, la domenica non vengono effettuate le pulizie, buffet di scarsa qualità. A mio parere non può essere definito un 4 stelle. Non lo consiglierei.

The property was a good fit for our requirements, and close to the town and beach with a shuttle bus provided. The immediate area was ok but had limited amenities. Especially good place to stay if you are into sports but still great with two young kids!

This was our first stay and there were some positive and negative aspects. It is classed as 4-star but would consider 3-star hotel. Positives - Food - there was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The dinner options were all very tasty and plentiful. - Tennis & Padel - the facilities were first class, with 5 padel courts and 2 tennis courts. The hotel was selected for the options available and didn’t disappoint. There was always availability to book and rackets were provided free for hotel guests. Albeit the cost to book the courts were very high. - Access - the town is a short 15 minutes walk, and found much easier to walk the back road than the main road. There is also a bus stop very close by in the main road which allows travel into Pollensa, Alcudia and Palms a great option. Negatives - Property condition- the rooms were very dated and in need of a refurbishment to be classed as 4-star. The restaurant was okay, but major trip hazard in middle and the charges for drinks were quite excessive. Pool - the main pool was a fair size and the fresh water suited although my son developed an ear infection and suspect this was the cause and also knew a number of other children developed infections. The pool bar was always open, although the prices were quite high. The toilet facilities were always dirty and had a dodgy lock which caused my son to get locked in, fortunately were able to prise open from outside. All in all a good 3-star hotel.

Ok et hotel vi ville vælge igen.
Rengøring virkelig dårlig, blev redt senge og tørt let over gulvet som det eneste, hotellet er ret slidt på værelser, poolen er så dyb at den ikke egner sig til børn. Over 2 meter dyb over det hele.

Dated air conditioning system let it down
What could have been a great experience was unfortunately let down by the poor air conditioning in the room which made spending any time in the room & sleeping unbearable. When we mentioned this to the reception, no action was taken and we had to ask for fans. Although slightly dated, the apartament room was clean, spacious and adequately equipped. The facilities, gym and pool areas were great and the breakfast excellent. Nice location with option of a 10 minute walk or shuttle bus to the beach

Great base for a cycle trip
Visited for a cycling trip & the hotel was perfect for that. Close to Formentor and mountain routes, or Campernet / Sa Pobla etc if you want low-level routes. Roomy & comfortable self catering apartment, short walk from town with selection of bars restaurants, bike hire/shops and a large supermarket. Secure cycle storage was useful too. Would recommend.

Fantastisk ophold. Venligt personale. God plads ved den lækre pool. Ligger lidt udenfor Port de Pollenca. Det tager ca 10 minutter at gå ind til stranden og byen.

Duva is a little in need of a face lift, and the appliances in the kitchenettes are a little bit old and tired, but everything is working and functional. It is also a good 10 minute walk to town or the beach so be prepared to do a bit of exercise. It is great for cyclists and triathletes with bike storage and a small bike shop on site. Gym on site is good and pool is big enough for a proper swim. Have never dined in the restaurant as we like to eat out of an evening but did try the breakfast and they was amazing. The rooms are serviced regularly and all of the staff are brilliant. So friendly and helpful, they really make the place. Have used Duva many times and would use it again.

I enjoyed.
Easy, spacious, good and straight forward facilities for cyclists. Average, but plentyfull, breakfast. The room A/C was perfect! Good location to start the day. If you prefer a dinner at the beach restaurants, prepare for few km walk or take a rental car.

Great for cycling holiday
We stayed for two weeks on a cycling trip. We brought our own bikes in bike boxes. The bikes are locked away safely in cages (you may have to share the cage with other guests but there is loads of room including for bike boxes). The cage area is locked at night for additional safety. Floor pumps are available at reception. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bike area (cost a few euro each ). Apartment was basic but served our needs perfectly. The Italian in the tennis area is superb !!

Excellent hôtel
Excellent accueil du personnel de l’hôtel. Serviabilité amabilité et aux petits soins pour tous leurs clients. Familial et très calme. En couple ou avec des enfants tout est fait pour passer un super séjour. Infrastructures sportives au top.
