Bra och trevlig personal. Underbart tilltagen frukostbuffé. Bra poolområde. Det negativa: väldigt lyhört, extremt små duschkabiner. Totalt sätt nöjda.

Fräsch hotell Mycket bra städning varje dag Otrolig bra frukost men mycket att välja mellan Bra bassäng men fylld med saltvatten Flera bekvämligheter. Dem få sakerna som inte var lika bra var att balsam saknades. Istället fanns det shampoo och tvål i ett som gjorde håret dålig. Något annat som också var mindre bra var att utsikten nedanför balkong var endast en tom plan trots att vi hade betalat extra för en finare utsikt.

4 star classification is a joke!
If you like pubic hair in the shower, not even a glass in the room and an empty minibar, this is your hotel. In addition: unfriendly staff with a questionable service mind. I think they viewed themselves as some kind of authority rather than staff. An example: Good morning, I cant find any water glasses in my room? Answer: The bar around the corner could perhaps lend you one but they are not open until 7 pm. They looked the door to the breakfast before official closing at 1030. When I finally reached the reception to ask why it was closed earlier than stated the time had become exactly 10.30 and the answer was obvious: Yes but they close 10.30...Next day I managed to get in in time but was rudely asked to leave 10.35 as they had closed. The clientel is package tours with tatooes, whcih to a certain degree could explaine the staffs attitued. Nevertheless, BQ Belveder is 4 star officially which is a severely overrated classification. I left two days early inorder to move to Sarratoga which is a real 4 star hotel. Stay away unless you like to suffer adn become badly treated.

Nyrenoverat hotell men helt fritt från tavlor, speglar, prydnadskuddar etc. vilket gav ett mycket spartanskt intryck. Maten och service helt ok. På det stora hela prisvärt.

På det hela taget var det bra, men städning hade kunnat förbättrats. Nästan alla solstolar var trasiga. Det var en väldigt medioker meny i poolbaren, faktiskt under all kritik. fantastisk pool med saltvatten. Baren runt poolbaren var totalt charmlös. Det var ett bra team av "lekledare", de gjorde sitt bästa för att få med alla. Frukosten var väldig bra.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was very good and lots of variety i.e full english, continental, pastries, fruit and yogurt. My room was on the front of the hotel so if there was any noise from the entertainment or pool area I didn't hear any. I only paid for room and breakfast but you can pay €22 to have lunch or dinner there. I also asked for late checkout when i checked in and the staff member told me to check on the day of checking out, I paid €40 and stayed in my room untill 7pm which was perfect as it was raining all day so i relaxed untill getting to the airport for my late flight.

Great hotel. Fantastic facilities and wonderful food. My single room was small but price point equalled this out. Staff went above and beyond to keep hotel clean. I liked the more secluded location…ie up the hill so it means a lovely quiet stay. Comfy beds and super quiet rooms. I really enjoyed every aspect of this note and will definitely go back and highly recommend. Some of the food was outstanding - Majorcian fish, tempura vegetables. Rest of food was great. Varied and tasty. Breakfast ran on an industrial scale to feed the guests who all come down at 0930 with eggs constantly fried, tables cleaned and staff ready with a smile. Fantastic. Thank you. Surrounding area given a 4 as roadworks retarmacing getting San Augustine ready for the summer. Visit Majaorcs, visit Palma, stay at BQ San Augustin.

Típico hotel pensado para acoger hordas de turistas durante el verano. Las instalaciones estaban bien, las habitaciones limpias aunque faltaba una mano de pintura. Buena zona de Palma. Tranquila en estas fechas (Marzo).

Fint, men…
Fin plass, men ett stort minus var at vaskedamen kastet/tok med seg en norsk taxfree pose med 7 snusbokser og 8 jägermeister shots. Eneste hotellet tilbydde var å ringe meg hvis de fant posen… så det er jeg ikke fornøyd med i det hele tatt, ble en 1000 lapp rett i vasken. Resten er veldig bra, koselig underholdning og god mat. Drinkene er veeeeeldig søte, så ble litt kvalmende.

Grand hôtel moderne, personnel très accueillant. Mise à disposition d'une bagagerie avec casier à 2€ et douche pour arrivée et départ. Petit déjeuner varié. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Salle de bain spacieuse avec fenêtre. Belle piscine. Spectacle les soirs. Jardin autour de la piscine agréable avec bar et snack. Plage à environ 10 minutes à pieds. Excentré de Palma mais 2 arrêts de bus proches de l’hôtel avec beaucoup de passages et des horaires tardifs. Points négatifs : climatisation de la chambre très bruyante et sèche cheveux pas qualitatif. Literie moyenne. Pas beaucoup de restos autour de l’hôtel.

The rooms did not appear clean. AC often stopped working in the middle of the night. Comforters weren’t on the bed but were stuffed in dirty bags in a dirty closet for us to collect. The room is very bare bones other than a small mini fridge that wasn’t effective at keeping anything cold. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked if they had any local recommendations for restaurants and they told us to just google bars. They wouldn’t help us with making a reservations at a nearby restaurant. They also make you wear these hideous lime green wristbands during your entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would never return.

Lovely clean hotel with huge warm pool. Free air conditioned shuttle bus to Palm Nova beach was appreciated. Taxi into Palma was only 15 euros. Lots of steps to get down and back from Cala Major - lovely beach restaurant in sandy bay but parts of this area are a bit run down. However with Palma and Palma Nova so easy to access this was not an issue for us! Great value for money.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Mira have me some great advice for trips out. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The staff are out early cleaning the pool area every day. The entertainment team made a great effort. I particularly enjoyed ‘The Pink Ladies’ and their free cocktails. I loved the free shuttle to Palma Nova. Lots of choice for the buffet. A great stay. I stayed here for a few days this July for a solo break. The hotel was clean and it felt safe. The pool was clean and there were enough sun lounges. The poolside food and drink options were great. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because there aren’t a huge amount of veggie options in the dining facilities and twice when I asked about a dish which had no label I was informed at that counter by the chef working there that there were no veggie options notwithstanding a dish which was “labelled as veggie” at that counter; when I queried this the chef said it’s not really vegetarian which meant all the food items were not labelled correctly and on prior dining occasions I may have had something which was labelled vegetarian but actually wasn’t. The hotel itself in terms of bed room space, cleanliness, reception staff, cleaning staff, pool and outdoor space is great! The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and helped me with a number of queries and with directions.

Estuvimos muy agusto en el hotel. Esta lejos del centro, pero justo al lado hay una parada de bus que te lleva al centro en unos 15min. El hotel tiene una piscina enorme y la comida es buffet y buena calidad (te da la opción de todo incluso y vale la pena). Realizan actividades para todo el público y en especial para los más pequeños aparte que te ofrecen un bus para llevarte a la playa de Palmanova.

The property is clean, friendly staff and food is good and has enough variety. Every day there seems to be some kind of theme. Drinks and snacks during the day OK and in June there is not a mass of people. The area around the hotel has not much to do. The hotel is on a hill so expect climbing from restaurants and shops back to the hotel. Convenient bus connections from the hotel to Palma and Palmanova/magaluf

Je recommande à 1000 pour cent cet hôtel. Une piscine fabuleuse, des animateurs et le personnel ultra gentils. Un buffet de petit déjeuner comme je n’avais jamais vu et j’ai un très grand nombre de voyages à mon actif ! Les repas du midi et dû soirs en buffet difficile à égaler tellement les mets sont bons et variés - pour tous les goûts ! Ultra propre ! La pièce à bagages avant le départ possède même une douche et des cabines pour se changer… le seul bémol négatif est que lorsque l’on est Français le choix tv pour le soir n’est pas génial ! Peut être aussi trouver une solution pour lier les lits doubles… bref nous avons adoré cet endroit.

Super pleasant 1 night stay in that hotel ! Super easy access by bus from the city center (a bus stop is right in front of the hotel). The swimming pool is as great as it looks on pictures. Rooms are pretty spacious, super confortable and look like they were recently renovated. Super clean and modern bathroom as well. The balcony is pretty big, and the pool view is enjoyable. I was there on a day without any night animation, so I can't really judge that part, but let's say that I was a bit disappointed as the common areas were already pretty empty around 10/11pm. Not the best if you want to socialize a bit. But the only real downside is probably the location : let's say that the area around (were the shops and restaurants are) is not the best, although I managed to find a couple of really nice places to have food and parties ;-) On the other hand, the beach that is 10 minutes away from the hotel by feet is a really nice one ! The water was super clear, I definitely appreciated it :) Overall, I highly recommend this place for a few days in Palma de Majorca (but probably not for an entier week, in my opinion)
