Bra! Men kunde varit ännu bättre (:
Bra läge, trevlig service. Söt innergård men som stänger vid 18.00, precis när du vill ta den där kvällsdrinken. Åt ej på restaurangen men bra frukost. Ingen espressomaskin på rummet och ingen tandkräm det blir ett minus för ett 5 star hotell. Belysningen på rummet funkade inte 100% men overall så är det helt ok.

AC:n fungerade inte ordentligt, vilket såklart inte var den bästa då vårt besök var under Juli månad, vi påpekade även detta efter första natten men inget justerades. Frukost personalen var röriga och även fast det inte var mycket gäster tog det 30 minuter att få sin kaffebeställning. Överlag inte imponerad och inte värt pengarna tyvärr, hade högre förväntningar på detta hotel.

Vackert hotell i mysiga kvarter. Utmärkt service och hade bland de bästa hotellfrukostarna vi ätit. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka till Concepció!

A must!
We had a fantastic stay and loved the hotel. Near the city center, quiet surroundings, lovely outside pool, helpul staff, clean rooms and perfect breakfast. We are going back!

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell, servicen var allt och lite till. Hotellet var rent och super fräscht. Dom har verkligen lyckats fånga känslan där du som gäst helst inte vill lämna hotellet.

fräscht hotell med bra läge
Bra läge på lugn gata, väldigt fräscht och rent hotell. Bra service. God mat i restaurangen på kvällen och bra frukost. Ett hotell vi definitivt kommer åka tillbaka till.

Det bästa: Ljuvlig design, fantastiskt service och högklassig personal! Mindre bra: Poolen var mer ett fågelbad (bokstavligt talat). Minus att ingen information kring hatt värna om miljön i nyttjande av tvätt handdukar mm på rummen.

Underbart hotell!
Med perfekt läge, lugnt och tyst, i gamla stan ligger detta underbara hotell. Trevlig service, fantastisk restaurang, bra och fint inredda rum (liksom hotellet genomgående) och en härlig pool med Spa känsla där man vill vara hela dagen! Vi kommer åka dit igen så snart möjlighet ges.

Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

A beautiful property with lovely staff. Great location on a quiet side street for walking everywhere. In house bar and restaurant were lovely. However Tue menu only changes weekly so could be restricted if you stay for long. That said all of Palma many, many restaurants are in walking distance. From the Catalina district to the old town no where isore than 15 mins walk. The rooms are very clean,work beautifully. A little compact but you won't spend much time in here. The staff were all so friendly and a delight. The whole property has been renovated with a great deal of style and class.
