Buenos días, En primer lugar queremos agradecerle que se haya alojado con nosotros. Sentimos que algunos detalles de su estancia no hayan cumplido con sus expectativas. La categoría de habitación que se les asignó era de la categoría que reservaron pero sentimos si no fue de su agrado. Respecto a la cena, al entrar a las 20,30h se informa de que a las 21h se cierra la cocina y siempre se pide a los clientes si desean algo más del buffet antes de recoger, igualmente reiteramos nuestras disculpas si no fue así en esta ocasión. Efectivamente, hemos tenido un problema que estamos solventando con los televisores con motivo del cambio de frecuencia, sentimos mucho las molestias que eso les haya podido causar. Trabajaremos para mejorar los detalles mencionados y ¡esperamos verles pronto en Hotel Coronado Thalasso & Spa!
