Hotellet nytt och fräscht men man hade inte lyckats fullt ut med detaljerna. Mycket bra service och personalen jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående. Takterrassen var topp med dess pool, bra solsängar och med takbar

Fint hotell!
Fint hotell överlag! Väldigt trevlig och bra frukost. Poolområdet var inte det bästa. Väldigt få sängar, var stökigt då barn fick springa runt hursomhelst. Känns generellt som att hotellet har lite logistik att lösa under tiden de är öppna lite mer. Hade nog valt ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Nytt och fräscht men med vissa brister
Our stay was over all ok, some parts were good and some parts not that great. We stayed for 5 nights in a junior suite with no breakfast included. On the good side - The location was absolute perfect for our needs. Close to city center, restaurants, bars and bus stations (for excursions and to the airport). - Everything was fresh and smelled nice. Our room was spacious. - The pool area was nice (although a bit small) - Great AC in the room. On the bad side: - The cleaning was not that great. They gave us new towels every day without taking our old, so at the end of our stay we had several towels just laying around on the floor. And they didn’t really seem to vacuum that well. - The shower was located in the hallway and leaked a lot of water, which caused very slippery and dangerous floor, very disturbing every time you were going in or out of the room. - Two out of three elevators were broken during all of our stay. Which caused que’s. - The room was equipped with a new, big, really nice smart tv. Unfortunately it didnt work as it should, and the staff could not fix it.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge. Poolen på taket var anledningen till valet av detta hotell och det var ett skönt break från shoppingen när det var 35 grader varmt.

Everything was great. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights & it was fab. Pity the guys didn't warn us a starter was as big as a mains, hence we couldn't eat the main Great kettle but only a welcome pack of tea bags (no milk) so take coffee and extra tea if staying a few days. And never worked out if the soft drinks in the fridge were part of the welcome pack.

Eigentlich bin ich großer Fan des Hotels: Lage & Preis-Leistung. Aber: Nach meinem dritten Besuch im Hotel stelle ich bedauerlicherweise eine Verschlechterung des Services und der Sauberkeit fest. Für Gäste in Superior Doppelzimmern stehen keine Badelatschen und Bademäntel mehr für den Wellnessbereich zur Verfügung. Willkommensgetränke und Expedia-Vorteile sind nur auf Nachfrage erhältlich. Das gravierendste Problem scheint jedoch Schimmel in den Badezimmern zu sein. Bereits beim zweiten Aufenthalt bemerkten wir einen starken und unangenehmen Schimmelgeruch aus den Abflüssen, der trotz kurzzeitiger Behebung durch das Personal innerhalb von 24 Stunden wiederkehrt. Leider hat sich nichts getan. Sehr bedauerlich.

Convenient location but housekeeping was not very clean. My room service dishes and leftover food was left in the hallway (outside my door) overnight despite calling reception to pick up immediately after the meal.

Excellent hotel
This was our second visit, this time with a baby. Great hotel in a good location, easy walking distance to the centre. The spa is excellent! Shout out to Ricardo at reception who was very helpful with everything including arranging a taxi with baby seat to the airport for us. We will be back again hopefully. Thanks!
