Hårda sängar och måltider inomhus
Vi var besvikna på boendet. Sängarna var extremt hårda och fast vi önskat en dubbelsäng så fick vi två enkelsängar. Det värsta var dock att frukost och middag som vi förbetalat inte fick ätas i restaurangen utomhus med utsikt över havet, som syns på bilderna. Maten fick bara ätas inomhus, längst in i restaurangen på hotellet. Ville man sitta utomhus fick man betala mat från en annan meny trots att det var samma restaurang och samma kök. Detta gjorde oss oerhört besvikna och vi åt bara 2 av våra betalade middagar.

Kära kund; Vi är mycket ledsna för det intryck du har haft på din semester med oss. Samtidigt kände vi fel tolkning som han hade om a la carte-restaurangen. På hotellet finns en gratis buffé där vi serverar frukost och middag, 80 meter bort har vi à la carte-restaurangen, för kunder som vill ha lunch eller middag. Frukosten var inte allt man önskar av en bra hotellfrukost tyvärr, det mesta (så som bröd, pålägg, frukt, ägg, bacon, yoghurt...) fanns, men frukosten serverades mer i skolmatsals-anda än något annat. Annars ett mysigt hotell med perfekt läge precis vid stranden. Ett mycket lugnt hotell med många äldre gäster.

Bra hotell för pengarna. Stort rum med gott om förvaring. Bra städning. Hotellets frukost verkar tillrättalagd för alla engelsmän som bodde där. Tyst och lugnt. 50 meter till solstol på stranden!

Detta är inget familje hotel. Mest för övre medelåldern . OM man inte är känslig för hårda sängar så var det enda som var dåligt. Perfekt läge ! Ett enkelt hotel , inget att sitta o ha trevligt på rummen.

Breakfast not good
Stayed 3 nights. Good choice of breakfast but stuck to fruit and cereal on the first morning. The coffee from the machine was dreadful. On the second morning I thought I would try the cooked breakfast. There was none available in the buffet section. The hotel was closing the next day. Stuck to fruit and cereal again and then suddenly a member of staff came out with a plate of beans, tomato, fried egg, scrambled egg, sausage and something resembling bacon. It was truly awful and looked as though it had been left from the day before. I skipped breakfast on the third and final morning. On checking out when I mentioned this the lady told me I should have been offered a choice which would have been freshly made.

Woul not stay again.
Room adequate, beds very comfortable but bathroom layout and design poor meaning shower was too small and shower head too high. Breakfast was terrible, coffee undrinkable, no decaf, and despite great weather we were not allowed to eat outside, which seemed very petty. Also whilst this hasn't affected my review the adults only policy gave the dining area a nursing home feel, and I wouldn't book one again.

The building is made in such a compact way that you can hear absolutely everything. Whether it's the cleaning staff moving around all the furniture and banging everything at 7am, the kitchen staff clanking dishes and silverware around at from 8am to 11am, or your neighbors either taking a shower or watching TV at night... You will hear every single little thing!

Excellent base for a cycling holiday . It doesn’t have a pool but you can use the one at the sister hotel round the corner . Out on the bike all day so you don’t really need one anyway . Straight opposite the beach

Clean modern decor, small compact rooms with clean en-suite and adequate balcony. We had a bed and breakfast deal- the breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh hot and cold food and beverages. We enjoyed staying at Cabot Romantic mainly due to its close proximity to a beautiful clean beach with great sea water to swim in.

Nice hotel beachfront
Great little hotel and very friendly staff! OK breakfast but if you aren’t on a package trip stay off the dinner buffet. Beach is just in front of the hotel and easy walking distance to the center.

Fantastic location Amenities in room not great - one shower gel and soap for whole stay, v small towels, no extra pillows. No bin in bedroom, no glasses in bedroom, no coffee only tea. Not allowed to have breakfast at tables overlooking the sea. Tried to give us the wrong room on check so had to complain.

Overall very nice stay! The room was luminous, neat and clean; the staff helpful and nice. Just cross the road and you'll be on the beach, and it's a short walking distance from Puerto Pollença's small harbour. Would 100% come back.

Estupendo hotel
Hotel muy agradable. Moderno, buenas instalaciones. Restaurante estupendo y en una zona con restaurantes de calidad. Lo recomiendo. Que no tenga piscina no penaliza porque tienes una playa estupenda delante. Lo único que pondría a la entrada es un lavapies, para la arena de la playa.

We have stayed here before and was pleasantly surpeiced that there is now a kettle with tea facilities also a fridge. The room was also redecorated. A very clean property. The staff are extremely helpful and would do anything to assist. A fabulous place to stay. Many thanks to all xx
