Bo kungligt i Palma
Mycket fint hotell på bra läge. Personalen är väldigt serviceinriktad och vänlig. Rummet var till belåtenhet och de allmänna utrymmen överträffade förväntningarna stort.

Palacio Ca Sa Galesa is a XVI century palace converted into a hotel and maintaining the charm of the period decoration, and providing multiple works of art. We understand that this style does not appeal to everyone, but lovers of history, music and art are amazed by the decoration and charm of our palace. Regarding the pool, as we publish in texts and photos, we have a spa where you can relax, as well as a rooftop that is highly valued by many guests. We feel that it was not the type of hotel that you were looking for or maybe you dont't receive the correct information about our facilities. We regret not having known before your concerns during the stay, to be able to solve them. Thank you for your comments and receive a warm greeting

Stjärnan som föll
Hotellet ligger mycket bra och nära till shopping och restauranger. Den 5 stjärniga hotellets har börjat flagna. Servicen är mycket bra men det lovar lite för mycket. Frukosten är medioker för 22 eur. Afternon Tea är också lite halvtrist. Man borde kunde göra mera för en liten peng. Färgen börjar flagna på vissa ställen och det borde det inte göra på ett 5 stjärniga hotell

"Pang i bygget "
Fick vänta i receptionen 55 min innan in-checkade. Dålig info, men de hade dubbelbokad vår svit som vi bokat så vi blev nedgraderade t ett vanligt rum utan fönster med stenhårda sängar. De bjöd på frukost, men vi ville ju ha ett bra rum. Maten på hotellet var hemsk. Caprisallad utan basilika eller olivolja. Tonfisksallad från burk på isbergsallad, inget mer 20 eur. Bad om annan mjukare kudde, den kom efter 2 nätter, trots påminnelser. Frukosten var bra. Men rummen små, mörka och inte ordentligt städade. Vi bad om de kunde hjälpa med att boka taxi för 5 pers t flyg, de sa 85 eur, trots att vi betalat 35 påvägen dit. Bokade själv via internet. Detta är INTE 5-stjärnigt. Dessutom fick vi med oss en vägglus i resväskan hem.

En bit kulturhistoria
Mycket varmt mottagande som även omfattade en intressant guidning om hotellets historia. Personlig och vacker interiör, vissa utrymmen kanske lite trånga och liten hiss. Härlig liten terrass på taket med drycker och smårätter. Rummet var stort med stor skön säng samt badrum med bubbelbadkar. Endast 12 rum, ingen direkt utsikt men istället väldigt lugnt och skönt.

Mycket fint och trevligt hotell.
Vi upplevde denna vistelse som en av de bästa vi har varit med om. Personalen fanns alltid till hands om man behövde tips om shopping, restauranger etc. Hotellet var mycket välbehållet trots sin höga ålder samt att mycket av det gamla fanns välbevarat.

Läget suveränt.Lugnt även om det ligger mitt i city. Bra frukost, med monterat pris på expressfrukosten på 7 euro. Dubbelrummet var väl mörkt med små fönster. Vi fick byta upp oss och fick ett underbart rum med fransk balkong.

Fantastisk service
Underbart litet vackert hotell i gamla stan inrymt i ett gammalt palats. Personalen och servicen är fantastisk. Rummen var rena och prydliga dock var tv´n sönder men det gjorde inte så mycket då man hellre spenderade tiden på hotellets takterass som hade magnifik havsutsikt. Hotellet ligger vid katedralen i Palma med närhet till både stranden, butiker och restauranger. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

Fantastiskt hotell!
Sa Galesa är ett otroligt sofistikerat lågmält förstklassigt hotell med oemotståndlig, gammal historisk miljö där man får vara ifred. Ett ställe att riktigt koppla av på. Läs en bok i sällskapsrummet eller i vid fontänen på hotellets bakgård, eller sola uppe på terassen. Hotellets frukostbuffé som finns i tre prisklasser med dyrast 25E och billigast 9€ är värt varenda krona. Exotisk frukt, spanska himmelska ostar och goda croissanter. Personalen är mycket trevlig, kommer alltid och frågar vid frukost om allt är bra. Annars får man vara ifred, tom när du ska ta en drink från barskåpet i salongen, du skriver nämligen själv upp på en lista vad du förtär. Allt för att du ska ska känna dig som hemma.

This hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility in a bustling and vibrant city. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation. Don’t want to come home!

We loved everything about this hotel. The building itself is just stunning - you are basically staying in a palace! The room was beautifully decorated with every provision you could ask for. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The very best thing about our stay was the staff - without exception, they were charming, friendly and helpful. Just go - you will not regret it!

Great location for stay
A really old beautiful hotel in old Palma - small number of rooms so not busy and chef cooks breakfast for you - which was very nice. Downside - the room we were in had very little sound proofing so could hear neighbours tv and doors etc so not so good if a light sleeper. But no road noise etc. Nice roof terrace with views of port and cathedral. We could walk to beach and restaurants and shops, museums etc easily.

A gem of a hotel, run by angels
A gem of a boutique hotel in Palma Mallorca, with delicate touches of care and beauty at every corner! The hostess was a fantastic human being, and the rest of the staff too. They cared about the environment, which made us delighted. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room it was served in, couldn't be more beautiful. A very memorable experience for my wife and I, we have nothing but the best of wishes for them.

Treat yourself like Royalty in your own Palacio!
We had booked before but the room offered was not at all to our liking and they had no alternatives. However they were so nice about it that they arranged us to go to another hotel and gave us a light lunch on their delightful roof terrace whilst the transfer was arranged. So we thought we owed them another try. It was a wonderful experience as the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable time and the breakfast was amazing with the chef cooking anything you fancied to order in a truly bizarre yellow kitchen! Unfortunately the spa was closed as they had recently had a fire in the basement which was not advised to us by Hotels.com at the time of booking and should have been. If you want a special antique boutique hotel ideally placed in Palma then this is it!

Brilliant service and beautiful hotel.
Amazing hotel. Really helpful concierge. Recommended restaurants and bars which were some of the best I've been to In Palma and Majorca. Great position very close to everything aswell. Flexible with parking (very useful for an area with little parking) and check out. The room was clean and the facilities are brilliant. Great views over the city. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palma. Couldnt reccomend it enough..

Living old Palacio life in old Town Palma!
Beautiful and elegant old palace turned into hotel only recently. Big rooms, amazing and helpful service. Roof top deck is great place to have a drink and just hang out in the lounges. Staff encourages you to use the kitchen, dining rooms, etc. Make it like your own.
