We have stayed here more than eight times so we have a fairly good experience of the hotel. This hotel has some good, but unfortunately latent also bad sides. First off, the location is great. Right by the beach, loads of restaurants around (don’t miss Japanese Blue Wasabi across the street) and in a quiet residential area. The staff are friendly and they have built a really nice rooftop bar at the top of the main building which is great for having a drink and watching the sunset. It’s easy to catch the local bus (#35) a few stops into Palma.
However - the rooms are excruciatingly small and even in our Superior room our two carry on bags did not fit. It is extremely noisy, mainly from the corridor/stairs but also between rooms and balconies. The worst though is that people (non hotel guests) are invited in to the pool restaurant and leave their kids playing like it’s a waterland while parents sit drinking. The pool is small with just a few sun chairs and even with the hotel half empty it was hard for hotel guests to get a spot by the pool or in the restaurant. This (small) area should be for paying hotel guests. Not to mention the splashing (both books and phones got drenched) and all day screaming. So if you are after peace and quiet - look elsewhere. You can certainly get better for this price.
This is a small hotel that would do well to consider changing into an ”adults only” facility as neither the building, the amenities or the size are suitable for children.
