Perfect location. Nice apartment.
The perfect little apartment by the beach. On the last street before the beach, it’s perfect to spend some time there or use as a home base to visit the rest of the island. The Can PF beach is amazing water. The Port Pollenca beaches were a great 2nd choice. Restaurants, groceries, all nearby. Parking was always available on the street (50m) was the furthest but usually only 1 or 2 cars away.

Wonderful property/great owner.
A fabulous property with all you need for a wondeful stay. The location is second to none with a balconey to eat at overlooking the sea. Biel, the owner, was very accomodating and responsive. We'll be back.

The Best and a lot more
This apartment provides everything you need for a great family holiday. The location is superb, you are less than 1 min from the beach and all the shops bars, and entertainment. The real bonus is Biel who is the very best host, nothing is a problem for Biel, he just gets it sorted no matter what the problem. If you looking for comfort, service sunshine, and a beach location this is the apartment for you. Thank you Biel for all your support and help.

Apartamento excelente
Nos alojamos en el apartamento dos parejas y un bebe. Desde el primer momento la comunicación con Gabriel fue excelente e intentó cumplirnos lo que le pedimos. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, al lado de bares, restaurantes, souvenirs, playa.... Pero al mismo tiempo es una zona tranquila. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendamos

Problem lose Kommunikation top Lage
Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen es war aber alles sauber und auch nichts kaputt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Top Lage, großzügige Wohnung, gute Raumaufteilung
Positiv: Der Kontakt mit dem überaus netten Herrn Biel, die Lage des Objektes, der Balkon und Ausblick. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Die Badezimmer/ Räumlichkeiten. “Negativ”/Verbesserungsvorschläge, “meckern auf hohen Niveau” Klimaanlage in dem überaus heißen dritten Zimmer zum Hinterhof oder Sonnenschutz vor dem Fenster. Balkontür war laut und sehr schwergängig. Generell ein sehr hellhöriges Haus. (Die Kinder haben trotzdem gut geschlafen) Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden die Wohnung allein von der Lage + Balkon absolut weiterhelfen. Danke! Gerne wieder.

Perfekte lage, perfekt ferien :)
Die Zimmer waren alle sauber. Genauso wie die Teller und die Gläser. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Es hat ein gutes Restaurants direkt vor der Tür, beidem man auch Getränke und Essen mit an den Strand nehmen darf. Es gibt eine sehr gute bar in der gegend (die linke in Laufrichtung oben) mit sehr kontaktfreudigen menschen. Das einzige, was schade ist, ist dass in zwei zimmern keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Mit den Temperaturen im zimmer ginges aber noch... Wir sind aber alle sehr zufrieden mit der wohnung gewesen und würden nächstes jahr definitiv nochmals dort hin. Sehr empfehlenswert... Gruss

Jeg forstår ikke din kommentar. Du klagede over, at terrassemøblerne ikke havde en pude, og samme dag købte jeg dig nogle gode hynder. Terrassemøblerne er praktisk talt nye. Tak alligevel for dit ophold. Med venlig hilsen Biel Ramis

Sehr schöne Wohnung und enthält alles, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen.können das Meer vom Wohnzimmer aus beobachten, als wären am Strand. Ein großer Balkon und eine bezaubernde Aussicht. Alle Zimmer haben Fenster. Die Hitze war mit Klimaanlage nicht störend. Es war ein wirklich wundervoller Aufenthalt

Perfekte Lage für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub
Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt am Strand. Vor Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants und vor allem gute Cocktailbars. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank mit Bügel und Schubladen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. An Geschirr und Besteck fehlt es nichts. Leider war diese sehr wahrscheinlich lange nicht in Benutzung und sehr staubig und klebrig waren, weshalb wir das, was wir genutzt haben, erstmal waschen mussten. Die Lage sowie die Wohnung ist bei einem ruhigen Strandurlaub sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful stay
Property was immaculate. Kitchen fully equipped and AC worked really well. A really spacious apartment (dining table inside and out was ideal). The view from the balcony was gorgeous and lovely to sit at in the evening and listen to the hubub of the town. The location was amazing- multiple supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, particularly on the seafront where eating in the evening was lovely. We also visited the saloon style bar Charly's which was fun if you're into that sort of thing, and if not even sitting on the beach in the evening with a couple of beers was lovely. Biel was also a great host and was very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for our stay, we definitely plan on coming back next summer!

Top Lage am Strand, mitten im Geschehen
Zum Strand in nicht mal 2 Minuten, Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, herrlich. Da bleibt es natürlich nicht aus das es Abends auch länger etwas lauter ist . Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Danke!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
In allem war es sehr schön. Apartment wie beschrieben und die Lage einfach super. Abends nur etwas laut durch die Restaurants die Ihre Musik bis 24:00 Uhr gespielt haben, hat unser aber nicht gestört. Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, Geschirr und Besteck leider sehr fettig müssten wir alles nochmal abwaschen.( aber das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau) Kommunikation und Kontakt waren super. Danke für die schöne Zeit

All in all we had a good stay
Biel is a really kind host, who cares for what the guests ask for and does his best to keep his guests content. The location of his apartment is excellent. While sitting at the dinner table you can keep looking at the sea without having to leave the apartment! Plus, the apartment and especially the kitchen is equipped very well, from a washing machine to cutlery etc. Unfortunately, the previous guests didn't wash the dishes very well and most of them weren't clean. A few other spots in the kitchen could have been more clean as well. Another point you need to be aware of when you visit Can Picafort in the winter: The apartment does not have a central heating and not all rooms of the apartment are equipped with an air conditionier. Biel was so kind to bring us a few more mobile devices, after that the situation improved a lot but still, do not have high expectations of the heating system during the winter. Apart from these few points we enjoyed our stay at Biel's apartment and would recommend it to everybody.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos! Très fonctionnel et avec une vue magnifique. Les restaurants et magasins sont au pied de l'appartement! La plage à quelques pas! Le propriétaire d'une extrême gentillesse! Le seul point négatif a été le bruit dans la rue et du voisinage, notre bébé n'etant pas habitué car nous vivons en campagne. Les nuits ont été difficiles! C'est un choix : la proximité de tout, mais avec le bruit qui va avec, ou s'éloigner mais être au calme...

Appartement très confortable à 2 pas de la plage!
L'appartement est idealement situé, à 2 pas de la plage, il est confortable et bien décoré, la vue mer et le balcon sont très agréables. La ville en elle-même a peu d'intérêt, station balnéaire bétonnée mais a l'avantage de proposer tous les services et commerces. Il est aisé de se garer et de se rendre en voiture vers les montagnes et leurs magnifiques villages ainsi que vers le cap Formentor, à couper le souffle!!! L'appartement est bien équipé (avec un lave vaisselle ça serait parfait...), la literie est confortable, même si on peut regretter l'absence d'un lit double. Notre séjour de 3 jours en famille (apparemment équipé pour de jeunes enfants) nous a ravi, nous reviendrons sur l'île pour la decouvrir plus en detail. Merci à Gabriel pour son acceuil et sa disponibilité.

Ottimo appartamento e posizione
Tutto corrispondeva ho trovato pulito ottimo rapporto con il proprietario che ha fatto il possibile per soddisfare le nostre esigenze per gli orari arrivo e partenza l'unica critica è riguardo pentole e padelle che per 6 persone erano un po piccole e scarse. Ho trovato in via ran de mar angolo via centre un ristorante "Montevideo" con una buona pizza ed un ottimo Civito ;specialità urugaiana

Great location clean appartment
We had a great week in this appartment. The best thing is; the beach is VERY close, you just have to cross the street. The appartment is clean, enough space for 6 people, and a very nice balcony looking over the sea and the boulevard.
