Absolutely a favorite
Always great service from all staff at the hotel, superb breakfast and pool area! Also love the closeness to beach, restaurants and Port Portals. This is a hotel we return to each year since we’ve found this hidden pearl!

Bad service and arrogant front desk
The front desk peronal was very arrogant and was lieing when we checked in. We asked for a room on the 3rd floor. She told that the suit that we had booked was not on that floor. There was a higher level of suits on the 3rd floor. When I asked another person he told me that this is not correct. Our suit level of room was on the 3 rd floor. We parked our car on the hotel parking which we needed to pay 10 Euro/day. When we checked out the car was damage. The hotel have a camera which the hotel should check and come back to me. Still I dont have any message or call from the hotel even thatb the told that they should come bcak same day in teh afternoon. I have sent mail and still no feedback. This is so bad service!

Lyxbubbla att stanna i!
Som att vara i en egen lyxbubbla! Du behöver inte gå någonstans, bara bli omhändertagen. Rummet med perfekt ac, wi-fi och egen balkong och havets glitter i vyn. Skällande hundar, byggkran och inte vår musik på repeat är förlåten! Personalen snabba och familjärt hjälpsam. Maten och drycken på hotellet kostar, men var fantastiskt god! Så önskas lyx, så får man det med guldkant! Det var i många gester som att väskorna bära upp på rummet, det bäddas för natten, ställs fram vatten. Poolenområdet var som en egen beachclub, man behövde inte lämna hotellet. Allt fanns! Vi promenerade ändå ner till Portals hamn och åt några goda kvällsmiddagar. Taxi uppför backarna kändes rätt! Sen var också nyöppnade La Perla Ingrossos resturang, verkligen värd ett besök, kanske inte det mest pittoreska läget. Men maten! Fine dining. Stranden vid Portals var också fin! Mallorca är fantastisk och Portals Hills Boutiqe Hotel får högsta betyg!

Have to say, we couldn’t fault the hotel. It’s was spotless, staff were so polite and helpful and it was walking distance to lots of restaurants, the beach and the marina. Would definitely come back.

Overall excellent stay, staff were amazing but could of had a few more menu options. It was the same menu for lunch and dinner. Food was great though!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay and would highly recommend Portals Hills. Loved everything about the hotel.. stylish rooms and decor, great views, really clean, lovely food and the most friendly and helpful staff. I can be fussy with hotels so often find some area that isn’t quite right but honestly could not fault this one in any way.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay and would highly recommend Portals Hills. Loved everything about the hotel.. stylish rooms and decor, great views, really clean, lovely food and the most friendly and helpful staff. First time at Portals Hills and would definitely return. All staff members went above and beyond to make you feel special. Close to many restaurants though some require a taxi.

Expensive for what it is. Very small property. Breakfast limited. Couldn’t get sun loungers one day as too busy. Couldn’t use half board on lunch (only hotel I have ever come across that won’t let you do that). Gym tiny. AC didn’t work in there one day so was unbearable. Very clean though. Rooms nice. Lunch was good, bar area nice.

Plainly put: this hotel is swank and in a very cool neighborhood... especially if you're trying to find an area more relaxed than Palma. The staff is all helpful and friendly, the pool and vistas are fantastic and the drinks and food are great. Our room was nice but there was just one thing that drove my wife and I nuts: at least in our room, the blinds/curtains don't close all of the way (the track on each side of the window goes from the edge of the room/window to about halfway to the middle. What all this means is that you're waking up at 7am every morning whether you like it or not. That aside, again, the service and property are stunning and I would absolutely go back and recommend to people.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, großzügige Suiten mit Meerblick, gute Lage (mit dem Auto 12 Minuten nach Palma , ca. 25 Minuten zum Flughafen und keine 5 Minuten zum Hafen von Portals). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hervorzuheben ebenso wie die extreme Sauberkeit ! Frühstück sehr gut, kein Massenbuffet sondern alles appetitlich angerichtet, extra Menükarte für Eier- und Süssspeisen, alles wird ganz frisch zubereitet.

Lovely hotel with great staff
Excellent boutique hotel in a quiet area but only a very short walk to the towncentre. The client definitely comes first as the service is supetb without being intrusive. We stayed for 3 nights then moved to another more experienced hotel for three more nights. Portals hill was easily the better one

Dejligt hotel med verdens bedste personale.
Fantastisk personale. Venlige, opmærksomme, service mindede, smilende - alt kunne lade sig gøre. Hotellet ligger skønt med udsigt og kun 10 min gang fra havnen. Skøn morgen buffet, super bar og dejlig restaurant.

Excellent hotel ..especially the first class service! Miami vibe decor. Breakfast was an added bonus. Immaculate throughout…loved the turndown service, fresh towels,water & toiletries. Easy 15 minute walk to the marina but a taxi back uphill.
