Helt ok
I oktober var vattenparken stängd. 7-åringen fann mycket annat att göra på hotellområdet medan det var svårare för 3-åringen (varning för uppochner-huset som kan upplevas otäckt. Ingen höjdare för den m klaustrofobi heller). Lyhört och ofta sena shower på innergården. Ta med öronproppar! Mycket att välja på till frukosten som öppnade kl 08. Grillen vid middagsbuffén var toppen! Ingen vattenkokare på rummet, men sköna sängar. Poolerna var iskalla, men havet skönt. 20E deposition för badlakan. Två jättefina, nästan folktomma (i oktober), stränder på kort promenadavstånd. Transfer tog 20 min med taxi, Easy-taxi tog halva priset (40 E) jämfört med hotellets egna transfer. Sammantaget hade vi en fin semester, men väljer nog ett lugnare hotell nästa gång. :)

Superbt läge i Magaluf, perfekt för barnfamiljer. Bra frukostbuffét och ett stort plus att en del av attraktionerna intill ingick för hotellets gäster. Något slitet rum som hade behövt lite bättre möjligheter till torkning av handdukar och badkläder. Städningen kunde vara bättre då det var ett tjockt lager damm ovanpå kylskåp och tillhörande möbel.

Bra med aktiviteter
Vi besökte detta hotell med våra barn som är 12 och 14 år gamla. Förutom poolen och bad i havet, uppskattade barnen temaparkens aktiviteter och gick dit vid ett flertal tillfällen, vilket gjorde att hela familjen hade en mycket härlig vistelse på Sol Katmandu.

"Mamma, måste vi åka hem?"
Perfekt semester för barnfamiljer. Personal i barnklubben är engagerad, erbjuder en mängd roliga aktiviteter och barnen blir välomhändertagna. Föräldrar kan känna sig trygga och har möjligheter till egen tid under vistelsen. Vi hade mycket roligt och verkligen njöt av en semesterr tillsammans med mycket sol och bad. Fantastiskt frukost och lunch.

Helt ok för bra peng.
Helt ok hotell om man åker med barn. Verkade lite skabbigt till en början och rummen är små, men vattenlandet och "nöjesparken" som ingår är faktiskt en höjdare. Riktigt bra placering mitt i Magaluf med bara några minuters promenad till playan. Hörde inget ljud från nattklubbar, och AC:n funkade bra vilket är ett måste för att sova gott.

Många barn (såklart) och ganska trångt kring poolen samt lite för få solstolar. Bra centralt läge men väldigt mycket ljud från festande ungdomar samt extremt lyhört mellan rum och korridor. Helt ok frukost och bra personal. Bra läge för shopping samt nära till fin strand. Väldigt många kul aktiviterer för barnen! Sammantaget helt ok.

Trevligt och centralt lämpad familjer/ en tjejresa
Hotellet är fint och sängarna i hotellrummen är bästa hotellsängen jag sovit i. Skönare kuddar än vad det brukar vara på hotell. Badrummet var som standard, bra att ha badkar dock, däremot lite dåligt att de inte fanns hårfön, och städerskan var lite dålig på att hålla koll på att tvål och toalettpapper inte tog slut. Dock så verkade hon vänta på att man lämnade rummet så man behövde aldrig gå en viss tid för att få rummet städat. Och det var lätt att hitta städerskorna i korridorerna så man kunde bara kila fram till dem och be om mer toalettpapper om de tagit slut. Så inte direkt något större problem. I receptionen däremot så kunde de anställda inte engelska speciellt bra, vilket var märkligt. Hotellet verkade vara mest inbott av britter, så de hade väl visserligen reseledare som hjälpte dem. Ett brittiskt familjehotell kan man väl säga att det verkade vara. Gjorde oss inget, britterna var inte stökiga och hotellet ger en gratis inträde för att kunna gå in i Katmandu park som jag skulle se som ett plus om jag hade familj. Stort minus var dock bartendrarna vid poolen, de va otrevliga, snäsiga och helt otroligt långsamma! Men vi köpte dryck på supermarketen utanför istället för att markera. Man var tvungen att stå i kö till baren, vilket jag aldrig hört talas om, har bartendrarna inte koll på vem som stod där först så är dom ju otroligt inkompetenta.

Livlig och väldigt gapigt! Fulla engelsmän som skriker i princip hela nätterna, kan inte rekomendera till någon som vill ha en trivsam vistelse men om du ska dit och gapa själv och vara vaken hela nätterna så funkar det. Frukosten är ganska undermålig och smaklös men det finns en del att välja på bland färsk frukt. För övrigt är denna sida av Mallorca ganska stökig och oavsätt vart man bor så är det inte bättre i Magaluf området. Efter andra natten ville jag byta rum och påpekade att det gick knappt att övernatta i det rummet vi först fick och då fick vi ett annat rum med mycket trevligare utsikt utan som helst problem.

Hotell Sol Magalluf Park - Perfekt läge - för allt
Hotellet ligger bara 4 minuter från bargatan, men på samma gång är det helt bullerfritt. 6 minuter från stranden. Vi åkte rätt off-season och då var det 95% penssionärer på hotellet. Ett perfekt hotell både för de partyglada och för paret. Hotellvärden satte oss i ett rum beläget längst ut mot väggen och bokade inte in några andra i rummet bredvid - på så vis kunde vi ha våra små förfester utan att störa någon (mycket bra tänkt). Efter ett par dagar ringde hotell managern oss och frågade om allt var i sin ordning och om vi var nöjda med rummet (ansvarsfullt!). Personalen allmänt glada och trevliga och poolen låg väldigt inhängnat och hade en lugn och mysig atmosfär. Helt klart att rekommendera för alla sällskap!! (ja, förrutom de som ska ner ett stort gäng och bara festa.. till det finns det bättre hotell i magaluf)

Extremely family-friendly hotel. Impressive and consistent layout of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the facilities at the hotel are very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. A 25 minutes drive from the airport. From the hotel, there's not far to Palmanova and Palma. Also a short drive to marine land. Only thing pulling the experience down slightly is the quality of the food at the hotel. Some days it was good, and other days not so much. It is obvious that a lot of the food is precooked.

Come home from here yesterday, food wasn’t the best it was very repetitive and could tell it was all cheap. We ate out quite a lot of times because it wasn’t appetising after being there for 10 days I was ready to come home. The small and large pool kept cutting everyone’s feet so there was blood everywhere which isn’t very hygienic. I did report this to the life guards numerous times as they had to put stuff on the kids feet but they didn’t seem very bothered. The rooms wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners all they did was make the beds and if you didn’t get up by 9 and have it done then it wouldn’t be made. I wasn’t really happy with this as my 6 year old spilled drinks on the floor so it was sticky and we had been to the beach a few times so there was sand on the floor. The entertainment was really poor only 1 good show the whole 10 days. On a plus side the kids really enjoyed it the splash park is brilliant, the crazy golf, upside down house and 4D cinema etc was brilliant. Considering we went in these circumstances it was really good close to the town so plenty places to go and eat out and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Glad I didn’t go when the strip is open as we are quite close to it so could even here the music coming from a few places that was open. Would of been shocking if the strip was open so wouldn’t advise going when it all re opens properly. The hotel is very noisy as night as in people maybe people need to be considerate when it’s late.

The hotel is excellent for families , just got home from a 5 day stay, really impressed especially during the covid crisis , the hotel is lovely , drinks are good , entertainment is good , the only issue was the mask situation which is really irritating . Food was ok ... had a brilliant time and will defiantly be returning next year hopefully by then things will be back to some sort of normal

Hôtel sympa , top pour les enfants qui trouvent leur bonheur !! Propreté impeccable, service agréable, par contre très déçu de la nourriture , à améliorer !!! également mauvaise insonorisation dans le bâtiment et les chambres ! Literie correcte mais peu mieux faire , Chambres très simple niveau déco et qui ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site ... Manque d’animation en journée et en soirée , seulement 1 bar le soir ... trop d’attente !!

Fantastic hotel for anyone with a young family. I’ve been twice this year with my 6-year old son. He loved the water park when we came in April. It was closed when we were here this week so we visited all the other attractions we didn’t get to see the last time. He lived it.

Hotel bol dobry, strava aj cistota. Bol zrekonštruovaný, takže izby boli dobre. Personál milý a nápomocný. Negatívny. Hotel je predražený na tu oblast,a za všetko chcu príplatok, a hlavne polpenzia, ako sme mali my. Napoje aj k vecery, aj voda, aj polovica atrakci nieje v cene.Hlucne okolie, najme pre mladistvých, disco atd.. A nie pre rodiny z detmi.Takze vela hlucnich a opitých Angličanov co vam ziapu celu noc pod oknom, a na druhy den ma polovica monokle a zlomené nosy.

Kids love everything.
From day 1 to the end of our stay everytjing was great. My kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Negative part was we have 2 rooms the otther rooms aircon does not work so we all slept in one room but overall everyrthing was wonderful

Dire MERAVIGLIOSO per i bambini è dire poco!!! Unico nel suo genere... bellissimo, pulito, nelle camere, piscina, parco acquatico, giostre, non ci si può annoiare.. cibo buona qualità!! Carne e pesce dolcì.. pizza e pasta ovviamente non a livello eccellente per i gusti italiani... ma il resto è davvero il top... la colazione meravigliosa.. attenzione per i bambini (hanno fatto trovare un regalino per il compleanno del mio bambino ).. non esiste un hotel che abbia tutto questo... a questi prezzi... però... la location è tra le peggiori mai viste... Magaluf pieno di ragazzi ubriachi che fanno casino tutta la notte.. orribile... mare non tra i migliori di Maiorca ma nonostante questo qualsiasi bambino era ansioso di tornare.. (clientela per la maggior parte inglese).. ottimo soggiorno in rapporto qualità prezzo....

Das Hotel im Empfangsbereich, Pool, Freizeit ist schön. Unser Zimmer extrem klein, anfangs schmutzig. Das Bad echt runtergekommen, lieblos ausgestattet. Definitiv nicht 4 Sterne. Das "Restaurant" für Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet an sich nett, aber extrem laut (baulich bedingt). Sonst echt ok.

Exceptional property. Food, staff are brilliant. The only realy thing I can say is be ready for the noise outside.. it has nothing to do with the hotel its the other hotels guest near the property which is to be expeted when you are in Magaluf. Recommended when you have children they have everything children will enjoy.

Die Anlage ist absolut empfehlenswert! Vor allem für Familien. Alles wunderbar!! Vom Essen über Sauberkeit oder Freundlichkeit!! Alles Top! Standardzimmer würden wir allerdings nicht mehr nehmen da sie sehr klein sind. Das einzig erschreckende ust...wie manche Gäste sich respektlos benehmen und HAUFENWEISE von den Speisen stehen lassen! Fast schon beschämend!

Todo perfecto menos la limpieza de la habitacion Dos dias tuvimos que bajar a recepcion para que nos hicieran la habitacion , el martes a las 8,30 de la tarde y el miercoles a las 6,30 de la tarde y aun asi hacian solo la cama y poco mas. Habia manchas en ciertos sitios que duraron hasta que nos marchamos. No parecio que se molestaran nada por las quejas. De lo demas no tuvimos queja alguna , al contrario muy amables y competentes.

It’s a shame really, the hotel is clean and lobby, reception and bar area is nice - the rooms are a bit basic and small, but perfectly fine. The pool was good and the soft play was great for young kids. The staff were so lovely and it’s perfectly safe for the kids with an alarm system if children try and leave on their own. It’s just such a shame that the hotel is so noisy and the noise goes on until all hours. I think the hotel could do with more action against the noise. Even signs up on each floor asking people to be quiet in respect of other guests. There were a few fights we witnessed in our stay and the language of some was bad when there are young kids around. I left my room with my 5 year old and found a man outside feffing and jeffing about something and this was pretty standard to hear. If the hotel could get behaviour of some in check it would be a good family hotel.

My son loves the park so much and we wish to go back next year if possible. The room is clean. The staffs are fab. Food is good and varieties. We hardly go anywhere except staying inside the resort. The staffs at the kids club are well train. My son didn’t want to go anywhere because of the clubs. There are so much to do inside the resort for children. Fabulous.

Lovely hotel - Great location, Friendly, helpful s
A perfect family hotel with great facilities. We were early, upon arrival we were greeted by the theme park manageress - what a credit to the hotel (lovely English lady). She arranged for our bags to be taken in and arranged wristbands to visit the theme park. The hotel has selected some of the greatest staff, the staff couldn't do enough for you and extremely tolerant towards the children. The hotel is close to the beach. Food was excellent and plenty of choice for vegetarians. The only downfall during our stay 5 to 9 April was the hotel wasn't ready, work was going on throughout which spoilt our stay. It was opened prematurely as the pools weren't ready (although the hotel had a regular bus taking people to their sister hotel). The petrol cutting machinery was noisy which meant sitting on the balcony wasn't an option. Once the work is complete this wouldn't be an issue. The work is near completion and should be ready by 1 May 2019 - Shame Hotels.com didn't inform us prior to booking or going there. AVOID the local shops, Aldi is opposite the hotel at the rear for water and fruits etc. The local shops charge what they want and tend to rip off the tourists. All in all, the hotel is great, excellent location and facilities. Anything it lacks is made up by the wonderfully great staff! BOOK WITHOUT HESITATION.
