Merci beaucoup!! pour réserver avec nous et pour un avis bref mais très bonne. Vous avez raison, nous sommes à 1 km d'Alcudia, à environ 10 - 15 min du centre historique. C'est une différence d'avoir la tranquillité, mais pour visiter d'autres endroits plus éloignés de l'île, une voiture est préférable. Bien qu'il existe d'autres options telles que le bus public et les excursions organisées. En tout, bien sûr, nous offrons tous les services; ou juste toutes les informations :) Vous êtes très gentil pour cet avis positif, de la part de toute l'équipe, merci beaucoup!! Nous avons la chance d'être situés dans cette belle et calme crique, nous sommes également heureux que vous connaissiez cette partie du nord de Majorque, appelée Bahía de Pollensa. Dear Daisy, We are sorry the booking was not up to your expectations. A case of ants is very important to us. Being located where we are, surrounded by forest on 2 sides of the building, we have a contract with a very proffesional company. Still we do clean the hotel room thoroughly after a proper action. Of course we could have offered you another room! (if we have availability). If not offering you another room is a letdown I apologize. I wish we could have another chance to make it better and regarding the staff we usually train all team to prioritize customer service, but of course i understand in your case we have failed. Please do not hesitate to contact me through here on expedia if you want to tell me more. I would love to proper solve and take your comment to see what can we improve. We have quietness and a beautiful nearly private beach. But we do understand it is a con for those who like to be in the city center. Thank you very much for such a deep and extensive review, Lance!! It is with input like yours that we are to improve and offer a better experience next time. After many input like yours, we are to end the entertianment next year. So the hotel will be quietter. As per the incident with your door, I have already talked with the manager of the cleaners. It is being disclosed in the next department meeting. We have self-locking doors so this should not be a problem. I am 100% sure that in a second visit, we can provide a better experience to you!! Thank you very much!! what a great review with two suggestions!! Absolutely we will take those into considerationg. Creating a smoke area is something we have long thought and prob next year it is going to be like this! Also the idea to have a pillow list. What we plan right now is at least to have a wider set of pillows so every guest will have from start different pillows. So spot on!! you have added great ideas plus a fantastic picture, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT REVIEW!!
