Fantastica típica casa en el centro de Pollensa
La casa es como se ve en las fotos, muy bonita y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en familia. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Pollensa. Se puede aparcar fácil a 5 minutos.

Fabulous short break
what a wonderful bolthole in the middle of Pollenca. About a two minute walk from the main square but so peaceful and quiet. Maria's property has everything needed for a short break and I can highly recommend it.

Très belle maison paisible et tout près du centre
Ce fut très agréable de se retrouver dans une belle maison typique de Mallorca avec tout le nécessaire. Ça été également très pratique d'être à 3-4 minutes du centre. La petite piscine est un atout. C'est un endroit très calme. Merci à Maria.

1 semaine en septembre, couple
hébergement très tranquille dans le centre historique de Pollença. Nous sommes venus en septembre. Maison de ville agréable avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Place de parking nécessitant un peu de marche car l'hyper centre est piéton. Nous recommandons cette location.

Pollença villa
Great little villa in the heart of the main town and a minute walk away from the main square with the restaurants in. It is also about a 3 minute walk to the Calvari Stairs too. The property is lovely and the communications with the owner was very good and helpful. I wouldnt say the the villa is in perfect condition. The toilet didn't flush the greatest and got stuck a lot It wasnt in the cleanest condition. The bed is not the most comfortable. The stairs in the villa are steep so please beware if mobility is an issue but i think this would be the same in most villas in this area if you want to be this close to the town. BUT please dont let this put you off as i would happily rent this villa again and it delivered on everything i required.

Simply a gorgeous place in old town Pollença
We LOVED our stay so much. The house is perfect, soooo gorgeous, it has literally everything you need. Two baths, a whirlpool bathtub, a BBQ, a kitchen that could not be equipped better (it even has to-go boxes!!), a music box and not to forget the great pool. We enjoyed every minute and Pollenca is so gorgeous. Maria was very sweet, too and explained everything for us and was always very helpful. We‘re definitely coming back ☺️

Fantastic traditional house in the centre of town - perfect for exploring.
A wonderfully presented and very clean house in the centre of Pollenca with a very refreshing plunge pool that was great for cooling off at the end of a days exploration. The house is situated in a very quiet street in the centre of town with a courtyard that offers a very peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. The house itself is set over three floors with basic living accommodation on the ground and then two double bedrooms each on their own floor and each with their own spacious bathroom. The perfect little house for a couple or family with older children to have as their base in the north of the island. The only thing to be conscious of is parking... this is about 5/10minutes walk from the house.

Pollensa break
We really enjoyed staying in central Pollensa. The town house is super central, literally steps away from everything one needs for a lovely holiday. The house is easy, it is fully equipped to cook, make lunches for the beach, relax in the little courtyard and chill on the sofa in the evenings if need be. The dishwasher and washing machine is great together with ample coffee makers and a microwave. We really enjoyed the experience of a Mallorcan Town House, the street it's in is very quiet and parking in the car park a little walk away is simple and free of charge. Its easy to drop luggage near the house or shopping too. The best supermarket in the town is Eroski, its about 5 min from the house. We found a superb Pizzeria called 'Portofino' just on the edge of the town, (under 5 min walk) absolutely delicious huge pizza and yummy authentic Pasta dishes, and good value compared to some of the central restaurants in the square, a bit pricey in our opinion in the square and catering for middle class families that don't mind spending more than is necessary! One restaurant in the centre "Dodo" is very nice, offering home cooked food at reasonable prices with recycling high on their priority list. Port Pollnesa is a nice easy vibe with many affordable family friendly restaurants on the promenade, amazing boats to peruse too. Our favourite beach though was a little drive away, although small it has a good beach bar and vibe with crystal clear water without ' Cala Vincenc', free parking easy... We took a trip to Alcudia & Muro Beach, great fun here with white sands and wavy fun sea, however quite built up and not authentic. The trip through the mountains in the north was awesome, (car necessary) sight seeing in Valldemossa then Soller, ending up on Cala Tuent beach with its absolutely stunning scenery, but no facilities after driving an hour and many jelly fish but we loved it, staying 2 hours as parking is charged here and we saw two cars getting a ticket. All in all a lovely stay and the owner Maria is so lovely and super helpful.

Ideal location
The host allowed us to check in early and was very attentive , sorting out a minor problem with the shower during the week. The property is ideally located and will be fabulous in the hotter months. Outside the peak season you would be advised to take a few jumpers.

Excellent
Location was 100m from the center yet on a very silent side street. Kitchen had all the essentials. Mgmt were responsive quickly with the heating when the evenings got colder in late October. In general it was a great experience, highly recommended for a family of 4 even with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double. Maria Antonia is very wonderful host. Thank you

Fabulous location in the old town
Fabulous location for this old house, in Pollensa old town. It's on a quiet narrow street, just a stones throw from the famous steps and the central square. We enjoyed the house and the plunge pool in the back yard was very welcome on a hot day. The host was friendly and helpful.

Maria war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist unglaublich schön. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder toll, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Innenhof kriegt leider kaum Sonne, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt und Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Jederzeit wieder

Historisches ruhiges Stadthaus inmitten von Pollença
Top: Lage, absolute Ruhe, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Gebirge, Vermieterin hat sich gekümmert und alle Fragen beantwortet, Küche super ausgestattet Nicht so top: Kein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe (am besten gar nicht erst in die engen Gassen hineinfahren), Patio umgeben von hohen Wänden, daher keine Aussicht etc., Pool ist eher eine größere Badewanne, das Wasser im Pool schien während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sauber, Handtücher alt und. teilweise verdreckt, das Haus "bröckelt" aufgrund des Alters (Rollohalterung im Schlafzimmer ist bei Benutzung aus der Wand gefallen), Ac vorhanden, aber innendrin etwas schimmelig, an der ein oder anderen Stelle wäre mehr Sauberkeit wünschenswert gewesen.

Muchas gracias por su comentario. La casa está situada en el centro del pueblo, las calles son estrechas. No se puede aparcar ni circular en la calle donde está situada la casa pero si en las calles cercanas ( siempre que haya parking disponible). Sino no hay un parking gratuito a 3 minutos andando. Pollença es un pequeño pueblo y las distancias no son grandes. Respecto a la limpieza, intentamos que la casa esté en perfectas condiciones, sino es así, deberían decírmelo cuando usted estaba alojada en la casa para poder solucionarlo y no en un comentario cuando usted ha dejado la casa y no tiene solución. Siento mucho ha habido algo que no ha sido de su agrado. Muchas gracias por pasar sus vacaciones en nuestra casa. Solucionaremos todas sus sugerencias.

Casa perfecta, detalles mejorables.
La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, se encuentra en pleno corazón de Pollensa al lado de la plaza Mayor, pero en una calle muy tranquila. La casa es preciosa y muy confortable con un patio con una pequeña piscina, totalmente privado, que te da la vida en verano y te hace las noches muy agradables. La propiedad es la que se encarga directamente de la gestión de la casa, Antonia que vive en el mismo pueblo y estuvo muy pendiente para cualquier asunto que necesitamos. Nos falto un poco de limpieza y mantenimiento de la vivienda, tiene aspectos mejorables, alguna fuga de agua, antena de TV rota, etc.... Detalles que sin duda harían la estancia más agradable. En general la experiencia fue buena.

Schöne Wohnung in Innenstadt
Eine schöne Wohnung, die sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und der Pool im Innenhof bietet eine gute Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Da die Wohnung keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit bietet, empfehle ich den großen Parkplatz am Spielplatz zu nutzen.

Mittendrin und doch für sich
Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in diesem bezaubernden Haus. Trotz der kälteren Temperaturen konnten wir den Pool genießen, weil er beheizt war. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht, nur die Erstversorgung sollte man selbst mitbringen (Mülltüten, Spülmittel). Da man aber mitten im Zentrum wohnt, ist der Weg zum Einkauf nicht weit. Zwei Bäder geben einem auch genug Privatsphäre und die Möglichkeit, zwischen Dusche und Wanne zu wählen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, uns wurde bei Fragen auch schnell geantwortet. Die Lage rundet das tolle Haus noch ab. Zweimal um die Ecke und man steht auf dem zentralen Platz mit Cafés und Restaurants. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich wieder gebucht haben.

Lovely stay in Pollensa town house
The house was in a brilliant position close to centre but quiet. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The bread shop was in Canonge Rodger and the grocer on the corner of L’Ombra and Martorell. These are closed between I think 12 and 5 but good supermarkets ,Lidl and Eroski are open all day. We found the parking very easy by the roadside 2 or 3 minutes from the house. Roster Vell and del Convent both good and around there. Again as mentioned by someone earlier it would have been nice to find soap or shower gel in the bathrooms . Also there was a lack of instructions how to deal with the waste. There should have been separate bags provided for each type of waste and a notice telling us all when to put it out. I know this aspect of renting is a nightmare so the more help the better. All in all a memorable stay

Simple, clean, pollensa town base
Lovely house. Perfect for myself and the two boys. Beautifully simple with all you need to organise yourself without stress. Having holidayed on campsites for umpteen years an affordable alternative that was cool, had its own washing machine, dishwasher and dependable wi fi ( two teenagers in ectasy ) was much more relaxing. And Maria was always at hand for top tips and if anything went wrong ( unforeseeable electrical problem rapidly resolved) The only downside was the difficulty in parking nearby. But we were high season and in festival week, which on certain nights was particularly bonkers. We travelled the island quit a bit to get away from the more packed areas. Loved the mountains and we liked the bays in the east like Agula but its a bit of a hack. Mallorcas reputation for being expensive is justified. I underestimated the cost of eating out and petrol. Recommended hidden gem is the mirador de Victoria restaurant. An 'interesting' drive rewarded by good food and fantastic views. Thanks Maria for your lovely house.

A lovely house in an excellent location
We had a very nice stay at this house. It’s a lovely traditional townhouse over three floors and is spacious. We travelled with a baby and a high chair and cot were provided. Our baby monitor worked between the top and ground floors. The pool was a really nice extra. We paid to have it heated and used it almost every day. The location of the house is also a big plus point-there’s a grocery and a bakery very nearby and big supermarkets are within walking distance. The house is on a quiet street but just a couple of streets away from the main squares, shops and restaurants. The Port and Palma are also easy to reach by bus. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt
... und in direkter Nähe zur Plaza Mayor. Die Zimmer - jedes auf einer Etage -sind gemütlich und mit Natursteinwänden toll gestaltet. Die Terrasse ist wegen der Altstadtlage klein, aber mit Grill und Mini-Pool perfekt für ein Abendessen oder ein Glas Wein. Die Vermieter sind nett, hilfsbereit und wohnen in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super fin lejlighed. Gode soveværelser og badeværelser. Hyggelig stue. Fint køkken. God beliggenhed i den indre by i Pollenca. Havde brug for varmeapparaterne i maj. Kunne godt trænge til lidt bedre stegepander. Vi kunne ikke få TV'et til at virke og det lykkedes os ikke at få udlejeren til at kontakte os desangående. Fin WiFi-forbindelse. Der kommer ikke meget sol ned på den lille terasse.

Traumhaft schön renoviertes Stadthäuschen, optimal für 2-4 Personen ausgestattet, mitten in den sogar im März angenehm belebten Altstadtgassen Pollencas. Der kleine Innenhof mit Minipool wird leider erst im heißen Sommer wirklich atraktiv und bietet dann eine tolle Alternative zum Essplatz in der Küche ;-( Aber das Haus selbst, inklusive der großzügig gestalteten Bäder und bei Bedarf schnell beheizbaren Bäder, ist auch in der kühlen Jahreszeit angenehm zu bewohnen :-) Die Region ist für Berg- und Sport-begeisterte wirklich ein Glücksgriff!

Fantastic vacation in Pollenca - and a perfect situated house
We revisited Mallorca after many years - what a fantastic experience. The house is perfect situated in the middle of Pollenca within walking distance to all the well known places like Calvari steps, Placa Major etc. But also it is also possible to enjoy local smaller places, restaurants and bars, which gave the impression that Pollenca is the right place to stay and from where you can explore the island. We will be back for sure.

Just what we were looking for
We loved our stay in Pollenca. The house was old enough to have character and yet very comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 teenage daughters. It's location near the plaza is perfect. It is an easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops and an easy drive to everything else we wanted. We would definitely return.

Das Haus ist wunderschön mitten in der Altstadt von Pollenca gelegen - alles, was man im Urlaub braucht - Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés, gute Restaurants, Atmosphäre - ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings ist im Frühjahr der recht kleine Innenhof kaum zu nutzen, da er keine Sonne erhält. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn es kleine Reklamationen gab.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location, fantastic old town.
The town house is a typical part of the old town of Pollenca, 50 yards from a good bakery and 70 yards from the old town square. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in the old town. Best value - The Club Pollenca in the square. We saw no stag or hen parties during our stay. The owners Maria and Antonio are vey friendly and there to help if required. We could not fault any part of the holiday. Your first stop, the Tourist Information Office, about 400 yards, for a street map. Good car park near the tourist info office. Take a Sat Nav if possible.

We had a fabulous week here in October. We paid for the pool to be heated and our little ones were in it each day before breakfast and again before going out for dinner in the Square which is a few steps away from the house. The house is clean and modern. Communication was easy, as was arrival and departure. Worth noting this is not a vehicle friendly street and parking is a walk away but we knew this before we arrived. These characterful, old narrow streets and the lovely shops and restaurants are what makes us return year after year. Thank you!

Beautifully maintain town house right in the centre of Pollenca
We had a great stay in this beautiful town house. Clean and comfortable with travel cot and high chair provided for our baby. Lovely plunge pool - too cold to use in October though heating offered for €100 a week. Very central location but lovely and quiet. Worth noting that you cannot drive down the street that the house is on - we found out the hard way having got stuck down a nearby narrow street!

Nicely renovated old town-house down a quiet back street. We enjoyed walking out for a drink on one of the squares before getting ready for dinner later. A great base for walks in the country and along the coast.
