Perfect Holiday Location
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful, peaceful home for one week while travelling through Spain. The location to the town of Deia - with varied restaurants - is excellent - quick drive down the hill. House is well appointed with many thoughtful additions. Linens fresh and beds very comfortable. Hiking trails near the house make for added bonus of location. Gardens and views fantastic. Anne Marie and her team were very pleasant, informative and prompt. We would certainly stay here again.

Will be staying again.
This stay was STUNNING. I was very impressed by the property, grounds, management, and everything in between. We came with high expectations for the stay and definitely got what we came for. The pool and property were pristine with gardeners coming daily. Anne Marie could not have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area and available whenever we needed her. We will definitely be coming back to stay. By far, our best one yet.

Amazing stay in Deià
We had the most amazing stay at Can George for 5 nights. It's perfect for two couples and the villa itself is beyond gorgeous. The house was spotless and the grounds and views are incredible. Anne-Marie was incredibly helpful leading up to the trip, picking up some groceries for us and making us a reservation at a local spot for lunch ahead of our trip. We were so sad to leave and hope to make it back in the future!

In one word: amazing!
We had the pleasure of staying at Anne-Marie’s wonderful property last week and we can honestly say it has been the best house we have stayed in during our various summers in the Balearics. Not just the location, design, gardens and lay-out were spectaculair, but so was the attention and service provided by Anne-Marie. Stylish villa on Deia hillside
We had a lovely stay at the villa as a family of 4 with 2 young children aged 3 and 11 months. Our host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made the checkin and checkout process effortless. The villa has been well styled and is a very calming space to be in. We found the views and garden really incredible. The villa was well equiped for our stay we cooked most nights on the bbq outside and found the outside kictchenette with fridge really practical The children enjoyed the pool which was thankfully gated. The regular cleaning by staff ever few days was an added bonus. We found the gardeners arirved onsite early morning most days so this wasn't dispruptive to our stay The only thing I would say to future guests is that there are alot of steps on the property which is obviously unavoidable due to it being built on a hillside. The beds were very comfortable with soft bed linen and mosquito nets and l'occtaine toiletries were a nice touch . We found the air conditioning broke a few times in our bedroom which our host arranged to fix promptly. The major drawback we had was that the walk to and from the villa to the village. the road was incredibky steep and despite being keen walkers we found the walk very challenging with young children. You have the option to drive down to the village but we found it hard to park the car as it was peak season. So please bare this in mind to say the villa is within walking distance of the village is misleading t it's more like a hike rather than walk. So it's not ideal if you want to pop to the village for a cocktail or dinner and walk home. If you are looking for seclusion and piece and quiet this villa is perfect for you.

An absolute gem for a small family
This property exceeded all our expectations. Tasteful design, clean and pristine condition, beautiful outdoor terrace and pool, stunning grounds and garden, and 360 views of unbelievable natural surroundings. It’s an absolute gem and would return in an instant. We travelled with our 18 month old daughter and her grandmother and it was the perfect place to feel at easy with a small child. The highlight of our stay were the family of sheep that would visit us everyday at sunset. The manager of the property is delightful and incredibly helpful with any request.

Truly stunning property overlooking Deia
PROS: *The property is stunning, the gardens immaculate and the views over Deia were truly spectacular. The home is situated over the town with the mountains in the back. We looked forward to watching the sunset every night. These pictures truly don't do the setting justice. *The host was amazing. In addition to a cleaning service, she went out of her way to prepare the house for our 1-year-old with a baby crib, highchair and baby utensils and a baby bath. She also provided fresh fruit and bottles of wine for our arrival. She was super responsive whenever we had questions and made everything a breeze. *The location is a 10-15 minute walk to town (up a very steep hill) and right behind the house there are plenty of hiking trails into the mountains. *The pool area and gardens felt like they were out of a 5-star hotel. We loved the pool and jumped in nearly every day. *There were sheep roaming the hills that made our son really excited every night. *The art is wonderfully selected and there's even books on some of the pieces. CONS: *The AC in the master bedroom broke for a period of our stay. The host did everything she could to fix it and dropped off wine/fans. It took nearly a week to fix. *The walk to town is down/up a really steep hill. It was the cardio we needed to balance out all those tapas, but it wasn't something you could do if you were elderly or had a stroller. All in all, an incredible place that we would gladly stay in again.

A piece of heaven
Die zauberhafte Anne-Marie führte uns durch ihr wunderschönes Haus hinaus in die blumenreichen Gärten. Ab diesem Moment war klar, das wird ein Urlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt. Das Haus ist wie zum Erstbezug gepflegt und alles hat genau seinen Platz. Jeder Teller, jedes Glas, jedes Bild an der Wand und jedes Möbelstück wurde mit Liebe und in bester Qualität ausgesucht. Nichts könnte man in meinen Augen verbessern. Die Betten haben tolle Matratzen, jedes der zwei Bäder im Haus wurde mit L’Occitane Produkten bestückt. Sogar die dritte Toilette mir Dusche im Poolhaus hatte welche und war auch ansonsten perfekt ausgestattet. Hier sind wir auch schon am Herzstück angekommen. Der Salzwasserpool liegt inmitten der malerischen Gärten mit traumhaftem Blick in die Bucht und auf Deia. Das Wasser ist so weich und klar, dass man sich kaum entscheiden kann, ob man es sich auf den super gepolsterten Liegen mit Blick sowohl auf die imposanten Berge hinter dem Haus, als auch ins Tal und Richtung Meer gemütlich machen soll, oder eben sich ins Wasser zu bewegen. Vor dem Pool ist selbstverständlich eine Freiluftdusche. Auch hier hat alles seinen Platz. Fehlt noch die Terasse mit atemberaubendem Blick, einer Theke mit Grill, extra Geschirr für aussen und schattenspendendem Baum sowie einer riesigen Markise. Alles so schön und liebevoll gemacht, als wäre man in einer Filmkulisse. Ich kann wirklich nur schwärmen und so gerne ich das Traumhaus als Geheimtip behalten würde, so sehr freue ich mich auch für andere dieses Fleckchen Erde auf der Welt geniessen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank liebe Anne-Marie und lieber Philippe. Es war ein Privilieg bei Euch ein Gast sein zu dürfen.

A slice of paradise in Deia hills
We have found a slice of paradise here at Can George. Surrounded by mountains views, views down to Deia village and beyond to the ocean. So secluded and peaceful, just the sounds of the birds & cicadas. The gardens are exquisite which compliments breathtaking. Sunsets which are a true magic hour on the beautiful patio or down by the huge pool. The house itself is just magical, the design and decor are just wonderful, everything has been thought about with perfection even to the pieces of art either side of the master bed. Our host Anne-Marie was just delightful and lovely. A full five stars on every aspect, we will certainly book again for next year. Thank you Can George M&Z x
