“Loved it. Room was adequate (once you’ve got used to all the creaks and bumps). This is a 16th century building in all its glory. Food was plentiful, well cooked and hot. Although our room over looked an island there was no problem with road noise. There was plenty of parking front and rear. Cannot sing it’s praises enough, in fact we’ll be going back just as soon as we can. Loved it!”

“Perfect for me and the puppy as I was able to park car/kennel right outside in the quiet car park. Secluded spot just away from the main high street. Lovely friendly pub, great food, no fuss! Accommodation basic (perfect for me and dog) but clean, all facilities worked well. The only thing I missed was a comfy chair to sit and read... but the bed sufficed (very comfy btw).
