Guest Access:

Guest access is via a lockbox at the property. Please note that there is no guest access to the shed located at the back of the home, but you have access to the entire house.

Malua Bay is a favourite South Coast holiday spot with a patrolled beach, calm coves for snorkelling and fishing, and a popular surf break. Stroll to the surf club, shops, cafés, and a playground.



For day trips, Batemans Bay is just 15 minutes north, while Broulee, Moruya, and Tuross lie to the south with beaches, markets, and riverside walks.



Getting Around:

Guests can enjoy excellent local amenities and dining nearby. Three 66 Cafe is approximately 4 km away, offering excellent coffee and light meals with stunning views of the bay. Club Malua, just down the road, serves modern Australian dishes in a relaxed setting. The Malua Bay IGA, flat walk away, is perfect for groceries and essentials. For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities.

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
