“Communication with I’m guessing was the owners was great. They tried to accommodate the best they could. Communication with the host (evolve) was horrible! The air unit froze up and was 80 degrees in the house it’s been 36 hours since trying to get ahold of the host with no response. Finally found the owners number and they tried to accommodate. 1 air unit to cool the entire house was just not enough and had to end up making pallets on the floor and sleeping on couches to just be able to sleep...

“This home was not only clean and well maintained, it is just a piece of history. This lively town is so peaceful. Our view of the 4th of July fireworks were perfect. I would definitely rate this home a 10 out of 10.”

“Super cool house! We had a wonderful stay. For over 100 years old she got good bones. We never use our dining table at home but we had family dinner around the dining room table. It was just Casey’s pizza but family dinner nonetheless. Bed were comfortable. Just all around a very nice old house! ”

“Great location for easy access to Cooper’s Hawk golf course, Melbourne , and the White River at Guion. Very clean and efficient space appointed with basic supplies and toiletries. Very comfortable bed with higher end bed linens/sheets. Peaceful, pretty and private location. Our host was super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need a thing. Recommend staying here! ”
