“Fantastische historische und grosszügige Finca in schöner, aber strassennaher Lage zwischen Porto Cristo und Portocolom. Cala Varques ist fussläufig in gut 30 min. erreichbar. Toller Pool und Garten mit überdachtem Essbereich mit Gasgrill. Die Ausstattung sollte in manchen Bereichen jedoch dringend erneuert werden: Waschmaschine sehr alt und kaputt trotz Reparatur, Gartenmöbel erneuerungsbedürftig, Küchenausstattung ok aber auch in die Jahre gekommen, ein Wasserrohrbruch wurde zum Glück von uns...
