“The room was a great size and everyone was so helpful but I fall at the pool from a new tile that was very slippery and dangerous and staff person was not helpful or even concerned. I used a towel to keep people from falling like me. We also had water all over the floor every time we used the shower.”

“Amazing. Started with Hussien who checked me in”

“We were not satisfied with this hotel. We booked this hotel because of the pool. When we arrive we get the information that the pool has been closed for two weeks because of problems with some pipes. I asked why we haven’t gotten any information about this and they seemed surprise that I expected to get suck information!?! If we would have known this we would have cancelled our booking since the pool was the main reason we booked. They also had no information on their website they the pool was...

“Great helpful kind staff.”

“Kind service and very nice rooms and amenities would recommend.”

“Very nice hotel if you want party”

“God staff service, clean pool. Fantastic location.”

“Airport shuttle is expensive. They charge more than the taxi fare”

“First of all, adress for the hotel om hotels.com is correct. But if you press the map for navigation you get directed to another hotel with almost the same name. So after a long trip I had to walk with double bags in the middle of the night in a brand new country and also a big internet cost for me. When at the hotel everything was nice besides the high sound from the outside and the OCD of the population to constantly press the horn on their cars.”

“Ok”

“Skitigt hotel. Oengagerad personal. Betala extra för kaffe som gick att dricka. Betala extra för solstol på området på helgen”

“Carpet was dirty and no towel in the bathroom. Improve lights in room”
