“This house is located 3-5 minutes from beaches in Venice and just a few minutes from historic downtown Venice. We enjoy beach combing for shark’s teeth and shells. Manasota Beach is great for that and only 15 min away. There is also a Publix supermarket within a few minutes walk. The house itself is well stocked with cooking gear and beach gear. It is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we visit the Venice area again”

“Manasota Key is the perfect place if you want to embrace peace on the beautiful gulf. The beach is shell strewn and has very few people. Hugo is a phenomenal host at The Lemon Shack! Before I made the reservation, we had many questions and he was quick to respond and very helpful. Everything he said was accurate. His home was most accommodating to my family, and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this VRBO. What a joyful trip!”

“We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. There were more/better accommodations than expected based on the description - they supplied all the towels (including beach towels),...

“My husband wanted to go shark tooth hunting at Venice beach close to Sharky’s. I found this cute house very close by with a pool in the back yard. It was perfect. Super clean, wonderful amenities. Anything you could need. Plenty of beach towels. Little extras like coffee & paper plates. We couldn’t be more happy. The only problem was that we wanted to book again for next year but it was already booked. I can’t think of one wrong thing. ”
