“It's a nice place for a big group to crash for a few days. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and pots/pans -- everything we needed. Adequate number of bathrooms for everyone. Short drives to many nice places and to the metro station. Check-out is very simple and appreciated. Owner was always available and proactive on making sure our stay was comfortable. A few no-big-deal oddities: Decaf was the only Keurig coffee option. Garbage disposal failed. No shampoo (but...

“A cozy vintage cabin nestled in a charming neighborhood with easy access to the city (approx. 15 mins to Leesburg city). To be honest we are not over it yet ! The 3 days spent here were the most beautiful vacation for our family of 4 . Our little ones thoroughly enjoyed the free play in the vast yard , the hammock and absolutely the best sunset . David and Naomi were really kind and the best .They made sure that we felt home when at their cabin . ”

“We had a fantastic stay in Old Town Alexandria! The rental was spotless, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located just a short walk to shops, waterfront restaurants, and historic sites. The host Renée was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and the entire experience stress-free. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and convenience of Old Town!”

“Great house. Quiet and clean”

“We rented this property as our home base for our daughter’s wedding in Leesburg. The hosts were wonderful! We were able to add an event to our stay and host the rehearsal dinner at the property. The grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. Beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 to relax and prepare for the wedding!”

“The house was the perfect quiet hideaway in a quaint little historic town. The layout is quirky but you soon get used to it and it all makes sense. ENORMOUS surrounding green space and perfect patio placement to watch the storms blow through. Well stocked and easy to reset.”

Best Western Fairfax

8/10 Bra

"Vi checkade in på kvällen, då kändes hotellet lite tveksamt. Ingen personal hade arbetskläder på sig och informationen vi fick var minimal. Men dagen därpå fick vi en bättre bild av hotellet och allt kändes bra. Typisk Best Western frukost som var väldigt bra. Fanns olika varma rätter varje dag. Våfflor, frukt, bröd, flingor. Poolen vsr fantastisk! Den var ren och det fanns alltid lediga solstolar. Enda negativa är att poolen öppnar kl 12 på dagen. Rummet med king säng och bäddasoffa bar hyfsat rymligt. Bra kyl med frysfack. Parkering precis utanför rummet. Kändes som ett säkert område och relativt tyst. Många affärer och restauranger i närheten."

"After a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron. Didn´t like plastic knife/fork...but thats about all what I have to critisize about ..nice hotel for the money, only a short walk from the trainstation to take us directly downtown Washington. "
