“The property is gorgeous! I booked this specifically for the waterfall. There is also a large garden area to walk around. The stone wall in the Bedroom & Bathroom is unique & beautiful and also helps to keep the room cooler. There is a ceiling fan which we needed since it was 91 degrees when we were there. There is no A/C. The outside porch is lovely for sitting & watching the river. PLEASE read all of the instructions for check in, specifically the part for access. I had 2 VRBO for over 10...

““Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it.”
