"We booked a hotel, but seems like the hotel was transforming into a hostel. Room was ok, but service was already at hostel level. Stayed three nights and didn’t get any cleaning, no new towels and they didn’t make our beds. So I booked a hotel, paid hotel price but got hostel experience. Not satisfied. We had also added breakfast to our reservation. Overall breakfast selection was very poor and did not live up to expectations. Would clearly recommend that you buy breakfast at some cafĂ© instead,"
