➡ By train: From Manchester Airport, take the Transpennine Express to Manchester Oxford Road Station, about 16 minutes. Walk to Chorlton Green Bus stop and take bus number 87 to Moss Lane East. Then, 3-minute walk to the house.
➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus 43 to St Mary's (Stop B), about 50 minutes. Then, 5-minute walk to the house

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
